Where will we finish? (7 Viewers)

Now that the transfer window is closed, we know roughly what squad we have for the rest of the season (or at least 'til January depending on how you look at it).

So, where do you think our final position in the league will be? I'm going pretty much slap bang in the middle: 13th

8th. I really hope we just miss out on the play offs so I can turn round to everyone and say 'I told you so' when the squad wasn't complete in time for the 1st match.

And I hope we sell our best player in January so it proves SISU are trousering all the cash.

The final 1000 fans in a Royal rumble to the death. The survivor gets to decide once and for all if it's sisu or the councils fault

Ask again in a month. This squad is taking a while to gel. Not necessarily a bad thing but the improvement has been happening and I'd rather we gather momentum and secure a playoff or automatic in the closing weeks of the season than go of like a rocket before crashing and burning like last season. I'm currently not expecting anything worse than mid table mediocrity at the moment but hoping for more. If MS can't start firing it could be a great season. Not concerned about defense.

Whilst I think we are weak at the back and lacking goal scorers and we have no steel in the team, I really don't know enough about the opposition, if they have beefed up their squads with middling types who can bully and dominate our kids then our tippy tappy stuff won't succeed except against the handful of teams who try to match us.

I like our squad, I think we are pretty strong at the back, more so when Stokes comes back, the strikers will come good so depending on what happens in January I'm going to say top 6

January again will be key. We will need to replace McCann and then see if we can keep Page and Aygei and Wright for longer, or get comparable quality.

Injuries could be a factor too, but I think we can make the play-offs.

Stokes back will solidify us and I am hoping Ghadzev proves to be as good as people were saying he was and that Harries and Stevenson can continue to shine and make a big impact.

Little bit of luck, not too many injuries and strengthen in Jan and we can make the play-offs. Why not!

Only concern at the moment is the position of goalscorer. Hopefully Agyei and Wright will solve that.

The squad is taking shape & looking good to me at this level.
As we now playing catch up I say we are going come up short of play offs again.

8th or 9th but depends how we replace the loan that finish in January.

our strikers are a bit of an unknown quantity at the minute, a lot depends on getting them firing.

But we've got that many that if they get 8 goals each we'll be laughing!

With the current squad we now have, I think we genuinely have a shot at making the play offs.

It's hard to judge though isn't it when you don't know what will happen in January.

I would say reasonably confidently though, that if the season was to end today we would probably finish 22nd.

I'm concerned how we are going to replace McCann , he will be a key player for us up until January .
Can't just replace that talent with the click of a finger
