Can never have too many Directors that are not actually Directors.

I think there is a crying need for a Director of Life Enrichment and Director of First Impressions too.

Anyone could do this job, because its short term and the owners don't mind if you f -ck up because they do with everything else.

the number one criteria for the job is that you need a name that can be turned into an insult eg

Fish face
Septic c**t
etc

Malaka - knowing what your user name means, the job is yours

Director of Life Enrichment is not that important, we all know that it's Director of First Impressions that really matter

Is that a joke ? Sounds very much to me that the Sisu cronies want to take a step back and let somebody else do EVERYTHING ...Again you have to ask why they are here ?

'Yes, nice to meet you Mrs Sepala
"So Malaka, what can you bring to the job?
What I can bring to the job?
Give me £40 million, fuck off, leave me alone for five years and then you can sell the club to the fans or some rich Chinese business man.
When do I start?

is CA taking any part in the functions of the club or has he been moved sideways and is CEO in name only?

If things are tight why are we putting additional layers of backroom staff on a regular basis but miss out on signing targets for the team?

give us an indication of what the plans are for the future of the club and show some sign that there is actual work going on to execute the plan.

As a managing director all those decisions are made above his position though right?

his remit is to supposedly lead the clubs football and commercial strategy, I don't see much coming from him either way, I might be wrong and he might be grafting away behind the scenes making improvements in both areas, maybe I'm missing something.

He could well be grafting away behind the scenes, there's no evidence to say either way.

Either that or you can call somebody you don't know or have ever met a gormless fucker. I'm sure he'd massively appreciate that from our own supporters.

the lack of communication from the club is appalling, especially as there have been some pretty big events recently yet the club don't engage the fans to let them know what's going on.
I think it's wrong and misguided to treat your support like that.
Maybe it's not all down to him but I would say as managing director he should bear some responsibility.

I'd agree the marketing and communication strategy from the club is terrible, and has been for years. Didn't they recently employ a new marketing manager? Hopefully we will see a change moving forward now.
