I'd agree the marketing and communication strategy from the club is terrible, and has been for years. Didn't they recently employ a new marketing manager? Hopefully we will see a change moving forward now.

I actually think that it's got better recently. I've started to receive emails more regularly than previously, they're advertising vacancies more obviously and there's this 'giving 500 free tickets t kids' that's mentioned on another thread.

I agree...the past few years has been w*nk but I do think it's getting better.
