Christ! Why don't we dredge up Godiva's remains and the Earl of Leofric? They can't be short of a few bob by now!

Even if Richard Keys was minted, he seems the sort to be prone to being a tight-fisted tosser.

From Eddie Jordan to Clive Owen, I doubt any of them give enough of a shit about CCFC to chuck us a few quid. Would've happened long before now.

Richard Keys has been in hiding with CCFC since Hoffman disappeared. Has he ever mentioned CCFC since then?

Apple are looking to invest 1.5 billion into McLaren formula one, shows a lot of money going into F1 atm.
Give them a nudge and if they invest in us we should have the core of a decent side and could pip someone to the title

Jordan I believe had associations with the board and I wouldn't be surprised if he was one of those that took part in the transfer scheme for profit.

Oddly he used to sit next to BA Robertson at Highfield Road.

You must be out of your tree if you think that'll happen....

Yep. Fronted the money personally for a transfer with the proviso said asset was sold with the profits going to the investor.

Football focus ran a feature a few seasons ago where celebrities and the famous would talk about their undying love for a particular club. Jordan declared for Celtic.

We just need people in power to jump on it, I mean just imagine sir Alex doing an interview and bringing us up all of a sudden (just an example) btw but you get my drift

My mate to me! 'Bernie Eccleston has got a fair few bob, and loads of time on his hands now he's sold F1'
Me to my mate, 'and he's mates with Eddie Jordan, he's a cov fan! Maybe worth a shout'!!

If you're going to target anyone from F1 Christian Horner would be better. A local lad and CCFC supporter I believe. Surely he knows someone at redbull who's interested in taking on a new project.

The Redbull Skyblues of Meriden.
