The end of Sisu? (6 Viewers)

They can't attract investors. People don't want to invest their money with Sisu right now. If they magically find the investors for a new stadium then it could happen.

The original plan was invest in playing squad to get to the premiership. Didn't work.

2nd plan - investment money ran out and premiership gain was slipping away each season. Plan shifted to getting the Ricoh on the cheap and at one point they asked for it to be handed over. They thought of they could marry up the stadium on the cheap with the club they could cash in big time. Didn't work. Wasps came and took it.

3rd plan - time to sell assets to satisfy investors and move the club being self sufficient as no more money is being pumped in. Original investors have moved on and they can't find new ones. That's where we are at now.

Next move:

1) find investors to build a new ground or
2) leave the club self sufficient and maybe premiership might come one day or
3) just keep selling a star player each year from the academy to help keep investors happy
4) take what they can from sale of club and bin the investment . Investor would rather take an 80% loss than have nothing left.

My personal thought is we are somewhere between point 1 and point 4. If they can find that investor then they will try again to marry club with a stadium and then exit with a big sale. If they can't, they will just move on. 10 year mark is coming next year and CCFC is an absolute failure on their portfolio.

Great post.

My view is its over. The game was always coming to an end some time and it's now.

If we all know this on a forum then bigger and better people know this and more. We lose the academy as it stands and the Ricoh next season. This is clearly deliberate in order to get them to do one. It adds more pressure to get up and go while they can. What did someone say earlier? Make it easy. Give them a decision to make. If they have no where to play us in 18 months time then it really is over. No options. They are in the proverbial corner.

Add in the CT massive change in their stance and subsequent articles about ryton selling off. I agree with your hedge fund mate in that ryton is the classic last line. Sell it or get permission to sell it or whatever and then get out and make that 80% loss or whatever it is and its better than nothing.

We are a dead duck with a real chance of going down this season. Court cases are lost. Squad is worthless. Soul has been ripped out. Lowest ever fan base in my lifetime. Losing money every year in the accounts. 3 million last year with a decent year. No stadium. No academy. No assets. No hope.

It's over.

That's classic Sisu. It's like a bit on the side they do with all investments. Try and play victim and take whoever they can to court for money. As long as the reward is bigger than the legal fees by some margin they see it as a good risk reward.

They are doing that know with the polish tels company.

Didn't they do something like this with welcome break? Don't think they battered anyone in court that day either. Who was the company in question when a judge called he recollection of events into question? Didn't batter anyone in court on that day either by the sounds of it.

Question. Who exactly have they battered in court?

They couldn't batter cod Tony. Their classic line or battering people in court in the classic loads of bollocks. If you're good at something you just do it and let the results do the talking you don't go around everyone telling them you are good at it.

Sisu whatever their best intentions to start with may have been have clearly has gone very very wrong. The only thing I take from the last week with my football club rooted to the bottom of the table is this living nightmare to something I eat breathe and sleep and care so much about seems to be coming to a end.

& yet there are some total fuckwits, imho, on here who dare to defend them,
ffs,

I think you'll find they don't actually defend SISU they try to subvert attacks on them by talking about things that happened before they came, blaming others for the consequences of SISU's mismanagement, having a go at the local press for being mere populists, implying that no one else will buy the club, replying by asking dumb questions or simple personal attacks to wind up a perfectly reasonable poster (PS my cure for that is to blank the worst culprits but occasionally use their own tactics against them, works a treat and is so funny).. yada yada yada.

We can all see it plain as day!

There was nothing wrong with Ranson and his vision. It was a pity SISU reneged on it.

Ha ha ha ha - certainly nothing wrong for honest ray - it's the way you tell them.

The club is in debt to companies that she controls. I'd imagine that means it's very easy for her to wind the club up if she wants.

No actually thats incorrect.

So you think making £20m available straight away for players then have your request reneged on by your boss, then made to sit in front of 22k fans and take the abuse for not following it through? Oh wait a minute... I forgot you sat in the directors box with them, so you know differently!

Please research ranson. Look at the relationship with prozone and the loans made to the club at enormous rates of interest.

Then look at the hedge fund he had a major stake in and the role it played.

Then look at Cardiff city and Peter Ridsdale and a very peculiar mortgage.

Sisu are only here because of honest ray - the football

No I can't see it going to another admin. Agreed.

also I don't know how these things work but surely Joy can't just wind the club up because she wants to can she?
It's a bit of a tangled web of companies but all roads seem to lead to SISU, so if one
Or more called in their debt and obviously we all known there's nothing there to pay
Back what's owed. In those circumstances I would imagine they could liquidate.
But they may be forced to place the club with an administrator and hope there is
Someone out there willing to pay SISU a small percentage of what they're owed.

Which companies who control our debt does she personally own Tony?

I never said personally owns. Clearly the tear's this potential news has made you shed is blurring your vision and you can't read what I've posted correctly. Get yourself a Kleenex, wipe your tears away, take some deep breaths and try reading what I posted again.

& sbwm i fully understand there are other parties who are complicit,
however, may i just point out that THOSE OTHER PARTIES are not,
in the opinion of many, at this present time, trying to force the liquidation of OUR club,
primarily, imho, because of their gross & devious incompetence,
it is,
OUR CLUB, not theirs, they are merely temporary custodians

FFS...NO ONE DEFENDS SISU.

It's just that some can see that they're other parties also complicit in our demise. Yes, SISU are shit storm, but they're not the only party responsible.

But I've not seen one person defend SISU and say they've done great things for the club.

"Not the only party responsible", they are though aren't they. They own the club. Who else is responsible?

My Chairman would not let me blame parties who were in office 10 years ago. They would not let me blame other companies and other organisations. We are in a competitive business world get on with it, come up with a solution.

We all know there are a lot of complicit parties in this shitfest, and yes CCC is one of them, but why when SISU are mentioned do people jump to their defence... Yes Nick, I'm talking about you, and don't give us that shit line about it being "Just for balance" They are without doubt the biggest part of this mess... Have they got something on you mate? While we're on the subject, give RFC a wave from me will you ;)
