So there you are ,at last all our troubles are in the past and we can all have a good nights sleep.
It's all over lads a bright new future is all in front of us, we haven't a stadium ,are bottom of league 1 ,and may lose our academy and training ground but bye gum we have 130,000 people who like us on Facebook.
What the fuck have we been moaning at for the last five years, shame on us

This group is a massive waste of time and needs closing down. The big news next month is the club is looking into getting an instagram account.

My point is clearly Steve and the trust don't have the funds and have no base for a ccfc takeover but fisher didn't say the club isn't for sale did he? He didn't say do one? He said basically is this a joke?

I agree with the ct comments he made. They arent always factually true and it's medicorce reporting at kindest level. The headline was sisu says "we are not for sale" I've not seen that comment once. No one will talk to sisu and deal with them. With an agreement over next season they are left with no where to turn. Give them a real option and offer and they will jump at it for sure.

Also I still don't buy the guff about NOPM not hurting sisu. How? It's crazy to suggest so. By giving ccfc no money makes their investment/business worthless and untenable. Yes it's destroys ccfc of course that much is true but to say it doesn't hurt sisu is nonsense. Not sure if I agree with it but that's people's rational to it and it would work. That's what sisu have made it for some fans. Sad isn't it?

NOPM is some people's option and are currently doing it. Regardless of a big cup game. People won't go back. Some forever as we know. Shame isn't it?

Hmmm fair point but not sure I agree fully. I half agree but toned and noises seem different this time. Even the CT have changed tactics. My reading of the minutes is that TF went at SBR immediately and with an agenda that was to be belligerent. I have no idea whether that it was warranted or not by previous activity by SBR.I can understand why SBR felt isolated as a minority as he was certainly not supported by the other attendees.
Once on to the actual content of the meeting I thought TF's points were well made and it is hard to disagree that protesting has an affect on the team both in terms of revenue and morale and it ould be better if the fans got behind the team in the stadium. Also I accept that he has made the club self sufficient and one day he may take and get credit for that and will deserve it after the club has been hemorrhaging money for so long with few controls.
In separating SISU from CCFC and saying he has no influence tells us all we need to know about how CCFC and indeed TF are perceived by SISU. Not a high priority.

Not gonna happen. OSB has explained reasons on a number of occasions, but
1) wasos financial model isn't depended on us
2) football clubs are money pits, so will divert money away from the rugby club and rugby club
3) more importantly owning a football club will bring huge financial risk, and put the ability to pay the bonds at risk.
4) wasps current owners just don't have the money to run a football club on top of what is 2 already loss making businesses.

The best we could hope for is wasos broker a deal for a new owner to come in.

And why would wasos want shares in a debt ridden loss making business in exchange for the giving us revenue and therefore diverting revenues from the rugby club and acl?

I don't think fans shouting SIsu out will be the reason the team goes down. What I didn't like at the end of the game on Saturday,were those fans who gave the team loads of abuse when they came over to clap the fans (which tells it own story on how much the protests affected the team,). The players did their best,it just isn't good enough.

Didn't see lots of abuse being given out at the end. Those who stayed until the players came over gave them a clap.

If the club has no assets and the debt is with the owners then there is nothing to pay.

Ccfc and wasps. Sisu don't have to have any part of it, they may be our owners but they are a completely different and distinct company. I imaging ccfc would be keep to talk, it's wasps who are refusing.

Sisu aren't going to drop the legals, like TF said its nothing the club can influence and imo it's a red herring wasps are conveniently using, because they know how us fans feel about thr legal action and sisu.

I'll leave it at that, we'll just go around in circles.

Yes, but TF is using the 'JS decides on legal matters' as a convenient red herring - not just Wasps. So, we do need JS and we do need senior Wasps officials talking at their level. TF and Wasps in Cov cannot make a move without a higher intervention.

Is it breaking even? - wait until the accounts come out. If it is, and we are bottom of the league, then the structure is obviously wrong. If the aim is to replace that structure with a group seemingly with little or no working capital to cover shortfalls ( and as yet no sign of business acumen ), then in what way are we better off? Forgetting the couple of games after the takeover and before reality sets in.
