Winning doesn't fit the agenda for the anti sisu supporters as they would have no one to blame for anything good that happens with the club, heaven forbid if any success happened, as that wouldn't fit getting relegated or going out of business.
I always wonder what they will do IF we had any success?
Bloody SISU ruined anything I had to moan about, oh well guess I'll sneak back to the Ricoh and say I've been there through the bad times, never stopped going and showing my support for the team

Just listened to his post match interview and nothing arrogant or elitist in it. No deflecting question. I would describe it as calm and positive with feet remaining on the ground.

I hope he is in charge because he really wants to give it a go rather than people saying go on do us a favour you can do it. Otherwise we potentially have a Thorn situation repeating itself..

I think he needs to decide by the end of November whether he is here for the season or not. An in coming manager needs at least December to assess the squad to try and make the most of a January transfer window. A window where it is not easy to pick up quality players at our level. It is often ones who are still left over from the summer and haven't been with clubs.

Well, we will cross that bridge when SISU deliver some success. You do realize we are bottom but one in L1 don't you? If SISU create a winning team, get the stadium sorted and sort out the Academy I will happily eat humble pie. Alas, I can't see it happening.

Hardly elated is it? It is better after any win.

Still, there will always be a "but".

Its is about the scale of things. Winning 3 points is a great, especially when it stopped us being cut adrift at the bottom, though in 12 months I genuinely believe there is a good chance we will not have a football team to argue over. Things on the pitch are completely over shadowed by things off it, I wish I could just be one of the "could not give a fuck" lot who have found other things to do on Saturday afternoons.

As for the is Venus arrogant OP. Brian Clough was arrogant, so is Mourinho, their achievements dispel it being an issue . Venus is new to football management and is not that good in front of the press yet.

People were saying we wouldn't have a team 3 or 4 years ago.

People were saying we would be relegated last season.

If we had stopped at Sixfields we would not have had a club now. People say we were getting promoted last season then, we nearly did. Small margins it is called.

You are aware as I am about the situation. We both blame different people but neither side is budging any time soon and the clock is ticking.
Sixfields is pretty much out the question before you all start booking rail season tickets.

While we can certainly sink a lot further I can't imagine we'll ever cease to exist. Saying that, I thought moving to Northampton and getting relegated to the third division would never happen either.
