We really need someone who knows league one, and also has knowledge of league two and the conference for recruiting hidden gems. Presslry regularly admitted not knowing enough about English football and mowbray also admitted not know this league, and from comments Kieren Crowley made on thr Nii Lamprey Podcast didn't know or rate lower league players and preferred to recruit players on their way down or PL youngsters.
