Agree with that RB - with Venus focusing on coaching duties, no appointment to replace Anderson and TF splitting his day job between London and Germany, we have no full time executives running our club (i know there's the commercial director but he's not running the club either).
Is it any wonder we're a managerless shambles? Leadership needs to start OFF the field.

4 league defeats in a row. Venus must be replaced now while the gap isn't massive and a new bloke given between now and January to assess what's needed. Not one of the summer signings or loans has worked well, Venus must take some blame for that.

Think Garry Thompson has been very poor. Think he hasn't seen the game properly at all.
Praising Jones and Reid and Tudgay and yet not one of them looked remotely like scoring.
He also said it looked like there was only one team that was going to win it and that was us. For me it was clear that we were looking most unlikely to score.

Far too long in the tooth to accept the suspicion of guilt on such matters

Its not just finishing. Getting people in thr box and making runs. For all the shit Thomas got for missing 1-2 chances early on in the season, none of the other strikers get anywhere near into goal scoring positions.

Our form in the cups has been great (apart from Norwich) and haven't mirrored our league form at all, mostly because we've been playing lower league opposition. I expect us to progress in both cups even with the poor form we're having at the moment.
