Love the idea of spelling SISU out.

I imagine it would take some planning and wouldn't be logistically possible.

Any protest has to be completely visual ?! Walking up late, walking out, standing on your heads whilst facing away from the pitch, whatever it is will only be effective if there are thousands packed in on the Corporate side, nothing is shown of the bulk of the crowd in the Tesco stand.
You need banners, smoke bombs, flares and stuff to throw on and stop the game and involve the Sheffield fans too a la Charlton ?!
Apathy rules though and you could be outnumbered by the 'tutters' !

I think it will all boil over soon the supporters have had enough with sisu and with the game on sky it's just a hunch

I think its calmed at games to be honest, at the Scunthorpe game there was not one anti-SISU chant, I tthink there may have been ripples of one on Saturday but not a mass chant the likes of which has been seen in the past.

Following the pigs/march which was probably the peak of widespread interest I think the efforts of the SISU out brigade have been almost non existent at games.

Everyone buy & wear a cheap white T-shirt with "Love Jimmy....hate Sisu" written on it in black marker pen.....

Then all strip to reveal said shirts on 67th minute for example.

Its visual, cheap, easy & open to anyone with a spare £1 & a pen.

Things like that dont really work, we saw that with the Witch flyer on x minutes etc.

Has to be a pig type protest for me. Chuck something on the pitch and delay the game. In that 5 minutes after kick off it sends a very clear message. And commentators will be talking about it. Peaceful and cheap.

I was at charlton on Saturday and they did toy taxis. Perfect. It went down really well with the crowd with then 5 mins of "we want Roland out say we want Roland out"

So why not chuck on a toy dice. Meaning don't gamble with our football club.

Dressing in black is a bit pointless isn't it? how many people will have dark coats and hats on anyway.

Appreciate I'm flogging a dead horse here, but a sea of black would be very impactful on TV. Especially if we did the mins silence as the game kicks off. This is usually when then crowd begin to shout and it can be heard on TV, to be silent would have a real impact.

And remember it's at night, and most people will be under the cameras.

You can wear pink with green spots and it won't matter if you are in the Tesco stand on the side of the cameras.

I think the tennis ball idea is the best so far, its visual, it will disrupt the game which may force SISU to react (as they will certainly get a telling off if not a fine). This is something that the Sheff Utd lot can support (or maybe not if they don't want the game disrupted). It needs the be centrally sourced from a fighting fund rather than everyone doing it (maybe decathlon can do a deal!!).

I agree with Ashdown in that if you want to get attention you cannot do this in silence, wearing black etc wont get the desired effect as you know everyone wont participate it doesn't link to anything (without banners etc). Even ST holders are forcing themselves to go to games so its not as if we are going to upset many people are we???

obviously in addition to this people have to turn up to the game, given that this is on Sky are we going to get numbers????

Does nobody here work in lighting / pyrotechnics / projection?

Could project stuff onto places, wont get sisu out but will look good.

Agree.

Thousands of tennis balls being thrown on the pitch with 'SISU OUT' written on could be quite effective.

If everyone takes one or two in then it'll delay the game and catch the eye for creativeness on a wider scale.

Or we'd say yes, we got relegated by 8 points, but if Mowbray had been in charge we would have only been relegated by 6 points.

tbh i firmly believe we would be mid table by now if he had stayed

but lets not open that can of worms, he didnt believ ein himself.

he failed covcity4life
