Yes, the tournament or game you win is irrelevant in the grand scheme really. I honestly do not care about the Premier League (saw City play there for many years and it was similar to now, more defeats than wins usually). Champions League is a detestable tournament invented solely for selling TV rights and advertising, the fact they made larger advertising hoardings especially says it all.
There was once 3 well respected European tournaments until those UEFA cranks sold it down the road. The UEFA cup being the hardest of the lot I'd suggest.
