What I don't get is when Venus first came in and we did a bit better, albeit with some 'easy' games, several players commented on the fact they were now playing in the correct positions in a formation they understood. So why has he moved away from that?

We were half decent when we played a settled team and system. This is now completely different to midweek, a player who hasn't been on the bench is now starting?
