Clearly MV wants to appoint a manager asap

But then, if he's right and we really are too naive, not good enough and not strong for this division then it is surely pointless bringing in another manager now.

The way Venus is talking it's a non argument. We simply aren't good enough. New manager will have exactly the same players to work with until January.

If we're going to bring someone in now we might as well just let him watch games from the stands and he can assess what he needs in January.

What can a new manager change past tinkering with systems? He can't make players who can't score, score.

It does like the people at the top or who think they are at the top don't like the current level of criticism, Venus losing the plot today and those two leaving the SCG in a strop. The pressure needs to be ramped up and we need to push these awful people out.

Depends what you're trying to build re SP
If you were already relegated and starting at the Butts in L4 he may suit that model
Does the Club in L4 at the Butts have the potential to sustain a Cat2 Academy?

Not without money would see our revenue plummet if we were religated.

if that is the case, you have to ask why .? What's happening in Jan ?

It cant be the transfer window as the new manager would want to assess what they have 1st.

Maybe, just maybe this is linked to the takeover rumours ?

WASP have their own interest at heart only.
Pretty much same all round, but the vital ingredient of possessing a 'spirit of cooperation' is missing from SISU's make up.

by who, the board of two that he is on ?
Do you really think he's there with 50% of the input to decisions just because there's 2 of them on the board? He was brought onto the board to have someone with input from the football side there, I don;t believe he has any influence there whatsoever when it comes to $$$ decisions.

Venus;

Ahem, assessment of performance was we got beat by a team who do the basics better

We tried very hard

Everyone can see we need a bit of help

Does that hurt? Let me tell you I came here to work on football. I work 12 hours a day. I try hard. Very hard. Does it hurt? What do you think. I don't stand here not hoping we get beat. It hurts very much ch so (very angry reply)

Same old story

Team needs a new manager

Need new players too

I only do football. Only football

New manager in hopefully as soon as possible

I don't like losing

It's what I live for. What I get out of bed for

Anyone whose seen us over 21 games can see it

We have a very young team that can't handle the league

League beating it

Need to keep working trying to pick a team I think can win

I can take weight off players as not sure kids can handle criticism

I'll keep going everyday

Worked hard

Had chances to score

Conceded basic goals

Goal we keep conceding every week

Club has to stay in this league

Wasn't brought in to the football club by anyone but the former manager

Joined board to look at the figures only to work within the budget

Need to try and pick up points

Have to keep going on Monday
Why does he chose to play Wright on the wing over an experienced winger? Or bring on mqycock in place of gadzev?

It doesn't add up
