well said kuklinski, i really am a serious city fan and have spent months trying to work out what is going on with our club. I do have a little knowlegde of evading banning of directorship also and i can see the signs with the juggling sisu are doing now.

Sky blue Faz: i think your right mate im off to the fridge to get a can !! have a nice evening fellas

oh yeah what like greece you mean, Italy, Ireland, Portugal, Spain and so on, all in debt upto their eyeballs and listen to the experts if not me ... they say these countrys are effectively Bankcrupt, you can add the uk to that list too. When will poeple understand SISU have simply placed the debt into another company, they are NOT paying it back because they can not afford to pay it back. When that happens you are are Bankcrupt, you are talking about being DECLARED bankcrupt, there is a little difference but the word Bankcrupt can be used for you or me if we are unable due to our lack of wealth and income to pay our debts.
You keep banging on about bankruptcy, but can't even spell the word correctly
...also....trying (and failing) to discredit far more knowledgeable posters on here (eg OSB, ashbyjan), will only make you look foolish :pointlaugh:

thats pretty insulting Jack. I dont take tablets mate, but if i did suffer a mental illness that required me to take tablets i would be quite offended by your ignorant remark

No it isn't insulting, but it is taking the piss.

And why? Well you have posted somewhat close to 20 times in this topic, many of your posts contain inaccuracies and unfounded accusations. People have patiently explained where you have got it wrong, but you persist & people including me have got fed up with it.

Time to listen & think before you post again, but if you continue in the same vein don't be surprised if more posters take the michael.

Moff you have no idea what you are saying, administration does not write off debts or lower them, you still owe the debt. Dont you understand the debt is being held in a seperate company to sisu, and ccfc are responsible for it? Honeslty some people think administration is the answer, administration leads to liquidation in many cases. You think they will simply write of debts of 30 million. Keep dreaming guys

Wrong I have every clue what I am saying and I even wrote it in my best crayons for you. Its you who constantly fails to understand.

Are you hoping by posting multiple times that someone will actually believe you.

If you had noticed before, although you might have missed it when you were on the Foxes Forums, that this has been covered before.

did i honestly bring down the cet forum? i dont think so, i think that was to do with a certain court summons to the editor of the Coventry Telegraph to appear in a injunction proceedings, and a claim in the civil court for libel and slander after one of the moderators gave personal details of a certain member to other members, whom then plastered said persons details across the boards breaching privacy laws and libel laws. Or was it they simply chose not to fund the forum anymore???

Did it ever get to court? What date was it then? I must contact the CET to confirm youre allegations. I am sure they will confirm the truth.

Cue multiple posts calling me lots of nasty names:facepalm:

Clearly howzer I bow to your greater knowledge  - not!

Why is it when those who have an opinion stated as fact based on a little knowledge are challenged they resort to ..... "you must be SISU". You had an element of good enquiry but lost it when you buried it in opinion stated as fact and ignored the realities. Perhaps others might have more facts and knowledge to share but you are so set in your "analysis" there is no room to see any alternative

I dont need to justify my position on SISU to you plenty of folk here will vouch for it.......... have certainly never been one of their spin doctors. My analysis of the finances, structures etc are based on years of professional knowledge which again I have no need to justify.

like I said originally you are entitled to your opinion .............. it isnt one i share or even is founded in fact......... Wont waste any more time on your illogical ramblings.

just my opinion to which i am entitled and is certainly no less valid than yours

If we go into administration etc, don't we loose points? In which case, it may be that they don't care we are bottom of the table as we would be relegated anyway with the points deduction.

Just come back from abroad so haven't read all the threads. Always been puzzled by the position of Coventry City Football Club since coming under the sisu umbrella, are we a stand alone sink or swim business or a sort of subsidery of sisu, does the club for instance have shareholders ? i don't think we have AGMs anymore. I seem to remember in the early sisu days the then chairman Ray Ranson often saying " we have no debts or overdraft". We don't seem to have an obvious owner as that MP Damien Green pointed out in the House. And i don't really know company law but i can't see directors jumping ship dispelling them from responsibilty or they would all be doing it. Quoting Chairman of the Boards hit. There are more question's than answers

In a word yes, but i think the Football League have the power to deduct points from next season too, they ain't that daft

Is there one amongst us that could sweet talk Joy Seppala, (i think its her name, but head honcho at SISU), into bed, where part of the foreplay is talking about the business's she owns and her plans for them.
She will then reveal all, and then that person can share it with us.I would have a go at doing this, but its thirty years since i sweet talked a women in to bed, and i am terribly rusty in this area.

I'd give it a go, then i could shaft her up the arse instead of her doing it to our club.

...also....trying A few to many full stops and your punctuation leaves alot to be desired. as for OSB Ashbyjan if theyre such world leaders in business why dont they buy city and run it properly. Anyone on this forum who stands up or trys to placate the actions of SISU in my opinion could be sisu employees employed to give all the thicker fans a spin, er just my opinion

Your absolutely right Wingy if these morons actually take a look at the last 6 months of my posts they will see i have had no problems here, until lastnight, unfortunately some poeple just cant let things go, but thats their problem, i wa told by the mods here not to allow any problems that may have occured on the ct forum here, i havent done so. But i can take it and give it, they only have to ignore buit they want me to react. i just humour them now, they are like a pack of bullies though, they did exactly the same thing to the CT forum and in the end it had to close because of their behaviour, moff being the main instigator.

not kidding, we are going into one or the other.

Do not be fooled by the resignation of orange Ken, or the decision by Clarke to act as independant!! or anything else that is taking place in the revolving door of the ricoh circus. they are positioning themselves for when the club is liquidated in my opinion, they are avoiding being banned from being directors or ceos of business in the future.

the real problem for me is how the owners are able to put the clubs debts into another company and then treat it as a loan to the club?? this millstone is what will kill our club, no investor will take a club on with a 30 million pound debt, its just not realistic, therefore the owners can only be doing one thing and that is positioning themselves and their investors for a way out of the club without losing their money or their futures as directors and associates of businesses.

I think administration is without question and will be anounced in the next 7 to 10 days

I am sure we are about to get an anouncement in the next 4 weeks saying the club are being liquidated as administrators refuse to administrate the club, and do not be surprised if the club are put under investgiation for financial mis-dealings when the administrator looks into our cayman island business and accounts, the other businesses in the clubs interests and the way in which the club have staved off paying off the debts, which has been illegal.

going into administration is just the start i have a horrible feeling about ccfc i really do, i wonder if we will still be in existence by the start of next season.

9 days to go then! Doubt it will happen until the end of the Jan window when players are sold.

Which I think theparsonshose is the time if they are going to go then this will be the time after the transfer window as they will have sold anyone who is saleable and they will see this as the time to go as they cannot make much more money out of the playing squad as their will be no-one left even if clingan and those coming towards the end of their contracts do not go they will not offer them contracts as this will cost them money and so they will have reinvested into the club and so would have to stick around some more until they have someone to sell again.
Lets hope so, even if they desimate the club more at least they will have gone and hopefully the rebuilding process can start again.

It's called an ellipsis.
It can also be used to indicate an unfinished thought or, at the end of a sentence, a trailing off into silence.

Oh, and by the way, it's too many full stops

You obviously don't let intelligence get in the way of your rants and whinings

I told you he would start to mention bullying. Next will be complaints to the mods.
If you question his 'non-fact' based ramblings (i'm way too polite!), you apparently 'don't understand'
Because so many people have questioned his opinions (not facts) , he now mentions bullying (as predicted SBID !)
Real courage would mean accepting and admitting that he might have been wrong, but i really cant see that happening.
