What is clear is that crfc will control the lease will have 51% of the shares and therefore the head lease will form part of their business no one else's.

There's a bit more detail In Les Reids peice in local news off topic,
plays on Jon Sharpes non committal stance but sounds like there won't be anywhere near enough development to accommodate a team for this or the league below.
That article is laughable.

I guess CCFC will need a share in Wick View Ltd for it to be any different?

If that's the case that doesn't sound likely at all.

Doesn't matter if they got a share the lease appears as part of the crfc group accounts because they own 51%.

What would appear in the Ccfc accounts would be the value of the investment that would have to be restated at fair value each year....... that could be an assessment of the income streams derived from a minority interest.

Other than fishers prop co op co comments there is no evidence of Ccfc owning any part of the head lease company. In deed didn't Sharp previously say Ccfc would be tenants

If he's not talking to Fisher about this why doesn't he just come out and say so? That would be his best bet and then the focus in the media would be on what is being done for CRFC rather than constant rumours and whispers about a ground share.
