Fisher Lost The Plot (15 Viewers)

Well if you are happy funding an asset of a company that doesn't give a toss about you or the football club. And that will happily let it deterorate until the day it either gets incredibly lucky and gets 5 amazing loan players in or goes bust, sleep easy tonight.
The other option is not funding the club and it deteriorates much quicker and has less of a chance of a 'lucky' season.

But at what point.

It could easily be relegation this season. Then a lack of season ticket renewals leads to a big budget cut and a struggle in L2.

Its not outside the realms of possibility that another relegation would follow the next season.

Then, at the point at which the stadium deal is up for renewal, the Butts pretty much as it is, or at most with a temporary stand added (which I think they've had before so possibly doesn't even need planning permission) becomes viable.

That means costs are cut massively. At that point even if there's only 1K-2K still turning up it probably becomes self sustaining.

The point still stands though. If the downward spiral continues, at some point it costs them money. Separate point really but playing at the BPA would require a lot of hurdles to be jumped.

What point is that?

Where is the line where it becomes actively trying to hurt the club you support to spite sisu in the hope they have to maybe put money in?

Playing at the BPA would require some form of investment to make it safe for L2 football. SISU simply have no money to make even a small investment on making the BPA suitable for L2.

In my opinion SISU have no credibility in the City of London so I don't see how they are going to raise any funds from outside investors.

WASPS will understand that SISU's threat to move to the BPA is a non-starter, so they will ask for a high rent from SISU for staying at the Ricoh. In my opinion, it's a race to see who will go bust first - SISU or WASPS. My money is on SISU to go bust before WASPS do.

What about ccfc?

Possibly the wrong thread. And need OSB to help clarify this..... did all the creditor balance of 70 mill get converted into equity at the request of the Football league last administration?

Meaning if we did go in to admin again SISU couldn't use a massive creditor balance as the purchase price again?

Serious question.....

It never is about hurting the club. If Sisu have to prop the club up and it is costing them money maybe just maybe they I'll rethink their strategy of holding on to the club indefinitely.

Who knows? With turnover of only 1 million the end can't be far away hopefully. I can't see SISU being around for more than a couple of years. The end of the current Ricoh deal could be the end game in terms of SISU's ownership of the club. Let's hope so and let's hope that the next set of owners are better than what we have had over the last 20 years.

But if we drop to the conference, which could happen by the time the Ricoh contract ends, the Butts becomes viable. There would be a few changes needed and possibly one temporary stand but not much. You've got to imagine the cost of playing at the Butts is a fraction of playing at the Ricoh.

Conference teams survive on small crowds so there's no reason to think the same wouldn't be true for us.

Obviously wouldn't want that to happen but I don't think the idea we can starve them out and at some point they have to put money in works. You will never get a total boycott and there's nothing to stop us dropping right down the pyramid.

Depressing but true. It's clear that all SISU care about going forward is running the club at break even and not wanting to write off their investment on an exit from CCFC. Unsure as to how much and exactly where this investment lies within SISU's books but clearly this is an issue.

Of course I do, that doesn't answer how my money went to SISU and not CCFC though does it?

You keep trying to make out people are thick for asking you, but you never actually explain something that is simple?
So if CCFC make a loss who covers the deficit?

If CCFC make a profit does the money stay in the club away from SISU?

How can we have made 1m profit last season after selling Maddison and then have a budget in the bottom half of Division 3 this season when most clubs have small budgets because of low gates?

You still haven't explained it, you just keep going quiet in every thread :(

Can you explain then? How did my season ticket money in July get to sisu and not go to ccfc?

I think the a significant number of supporters believe, rightly or wrongly, that the money goes to SISU. There is little difference in their eyes between the club (Fisher) and SISU. We are looking increasingly at a situation where CCFC itself is becoming disliked and mistrusted because of that.
Can you explain how season ticket money does not end up in the pockets of SISU ? is perhaps just as appropriate.

We won't have made a profit come the accounts, it was Fisher spin ;)

Surely it is either right or wrong? It's like Steve saying the other day that people make things up because they want something to believe in.

If people are telling others their money is going to SISU and not to CCFC then maybe they need to explain how, rather than tell people they are thick for not knowing but still not explaining. Then rinse and repeat across multiple threads.

If the season ticket money went to SISU, who has been paying the players etc?

So we will just carry on as normal then Nick?
Handing our money over to sisu knowing they will never want ccfc to progress, their track record of ownership is shocking.
Thanks to Fisher we know what they are about and many ccfc fans have had enough....

That's 2 very different things, if my money was going to SISU I'd have to have a good think about going.

True our gates despite the actions of our owners are very good for league 1
Anderson put the ticket prices up as well this season so our player budget should be in the top 3 for this league

Last season the prices were slashed so they went back to normal pricing, why does that mean it should be a top 3 budget when you have teams like Bradford, Sheffield United and Bolton?

You had better get your tin hat on. You are not allowed to choose if Fisher lies or not depending on what he says. He either never lies or only lies whenever his lips move.......

Should our budget be towards the bottom of Division 3 like it is?

Do you say that Fisher is CCFC or SISU?

We currently have the 7th highest attendance in league 1.

I'd say mid / below mid would be about right sadly. I just dont get where the top 3 stuff comes from.

I have never said top 3. But I fell for the lies told to TM that he would get 60% of all income and 60% of all transfer fees. That should easily put us top 10.

If you are doing it just to spite the owners that's the wrong reason.
If you genuinely think it's the only chance you have of maybe getting owners whose priority is the club that's a different matter.

It's the same thing just spun differently. They are both actively trying to hurt the club, rather than just somebody who has just got fed up and not gone again.

Probably both.

However, I don't go to games to support the "chairman".
Nobody does.

But you have to understand those saying that their money goes to SISU now. Our 'chairman' works for SISU. Our budget is well below what it should be and was promised to be. He will always put SISU first. They are the ones paying his wages. And our club is being run as cheaply as possible.

All we can hope for is someone with more money than sense or a very lucky season. Yet we are supposed to follow them like blind sheep as CCFC are not SISU :banghead:

That still doesn't explain how the money is going to SISU though does it?

If somebody can show to me that my ticket money goes to SISU / Joy rather than into the running of CCFC then of course I would think twice about going.

CCFC aren't SISU, so nobody is a blind sheep for going to watch CCFC.

It's just something pushed along with the ticket money to SISU stuff over and over again. People say they are the same so they can say they are starving SISU, rather than CCFC.
