Agree with most that's been posted. Years ago Wimbledon used to sell bang average players like Carl Cort (probably spelled his name wrong) for £7M by doing loads of hyped up valuation of their players. We've been crap at it for years, and our current owners have made it so obvious we're desperate for cash, they'd flog a Faberge egg for the price of half a dozen free range from Tescos, so long as they got their £1.89 paid up front. Short term visionaries. The only thing that I take (small) comfort from, is that they'll run out of things to sell and give up. If they are to be around long (ish) term, please take note that if you hang on to your better ones a bit longer, hype them up, you will generate more cash. It's not rocket science - and TF should be making Sepalla see the sense in this, IF he had the balls to stand up to her.

Fisher has no balls,He is just a puppet for sisu who has no customer service skills at all.
I could imagine him on customer service at a supermarket" Where is the Wine isle please?"
Fisher"Fuck off you don't matter"

that's a bizarre comment ?. surely as a break even club, this would give us funds for a push next season ?

:woot::woot::woot:

Same as the Maddison money for this year, we will go down this year and next this club is not pushing it's falling

Madison money was to keep us at break even, as will the stevenson money be. A windfall like WIlson would surely guarantee the manager some serious funds to push on and make a challenge.

If I honestly thought that would happen great but I can't see it for a second, it might help fund the club away from Coventry again though.

Don't know but CW was an unused sub last game.
He has scored against Liverpool & Arsenal in the last 5 weeks and played regularly upto Dec 18th.
So if he was left out on Boxing Day I think there is a SISU windfall coming up.

As if we would see any of it for players,Sure they can find a court case to use it for.
I cannot believe people on here think we would get any of it,Even if we were at break even they would find an excuse to say its needed elsewhere.
Bunch of Wankers all of them!

Is this guy better than Callum Wilson?
Certainly a better all round player than either CW or JM.
Personally I think he could be the best we've produced for years , shame we may not see him too much longer. ( if the rumour mongers are correct )

It seems all other clubs get these massive fees for players and we don't.
Not all - in the same article 'The Toffees signed teenager striker Dominic Calvert-Lewin from Sheffield United for £1.5m in August and the England youth international has figured as a substitute against Arsenal and Liverpool recently'

People moaning we don't get the big fees for our players. Under normal circumstances I'd be moaning with you. But do we want to sell a player for £10 million?

What like it has for the last two seasons and this current one? It was money from Wilson (several hundred thousand) and Maddison that put us above break even.
