If it happened, wouldn't he of mentioned it? He's already had a go about it, why not mention the effect it had? Because it never effected the result...

But why would so many other people say it did happen, including Bolton fans?

The bottom line is, the players shouldn't have stopped and should have played to the whistle. Numpties!!

It seems they played to the wrong one.

Phil Parkinson: My team (2nd in the league), played awfuly and only just about beat their team (2nd bottom in the league), because of a whistle from the crowd!

No the bottom line is whistles shouldn't be used by fans.

They never beat us? They drew? So again people talk bollocks, especially if he thought Bolton won last night...

They did play to the whistle...and shouldn't have! This is all very confusing! As I'm sure it was for them. But however you look at it, this is the wrong kind of protest, and on top of which it was very distracting to everyone on the pitch and in the terraces...

I was being sarcastic. Of course whistles shouldn't be used by fans.

The Sheff Utd game was clearly different because it was hundreds and hundreds of whistles in unison, NOT designed to disrupt the game.

Yesterday this was individuals clearly trying TO disrupt the game.

The club need to issue a statement, warning fans they will be barred if they blow whistles during matches.

Continent? I made a typo error and corrected it? At least I'm big enough to admit when I'm wrong, unlike whistle blowers and shit protest idea makers!!

Continent? Where did you read that, jesus wept. Bit of a big typo when you thought Bolton won last night...

Shit protest makers? did you stick your fingers up to them too?

Regardless of the 'error' I think everybody understood the context of the post and the point I was making? If not then maybe you went to school in beduff and maybe need re-education??

Its the fans fault again, some annoying pissed up bloke with a whistle this time. A magic whistle only weedy Portuguese midfielders can here.
It was expected on here, latching onto any excuse that deflects us from where the club is due to mismanagement, Tim Fisher could not have done it better.

Any news on where we are playing in 18 months? No I have heard nothing either.
Bigger fish to fry but its easier to blame fans for another goal conceded in injury time. Lets hope no one kicks Fishers car in traffic at the AT7 roundabout as he might have to pull out of talks with Wasps due to PTSD.

So you now want to insult peoples intelligence? I was brought up in Coventry, and then East Yorkshire. Anything else you wish to know?

It's all part of SBT's misdirection agenda ;) You know the score.

No word from Tim yet to condemn the actions of whistles again last night which lost the team 2 points either, funny that. He's usually the first to condemn such actions.

Exactly. That c**t does not usually miss a trick on the blame game.

Nothing from the club at any level.

Ah, so now you're using Tim to back you up! Brilliant.

Yet you're using a tiny amount of fans out of hundreds that heard different, brilliant!

Like I said, where is Tim today to condone it? Will he implement a whistle ban in the next game to ensure we don't lose more fans through in house blaming? Of course not!

At the end of the day.
Some thought it did affect, some thought it didn't.
I must say if it did as a defender you would be making a point about it otherwise It's down to you switching off. If it was me I would let the ref know and make sure the crowd knew as well.
Also Russell Slade would know from me as well. I would be gobsmacked if he then did not mention it post match interviews.
Take that aside it could have easily happened. So the issue is still there. It's not right on Bolton fans travelling the country to potentially disrupt the game. Also it is cheating if you just do it when Bolton attack.
Sheff Utd was different sky was there and the disruption affected both sets of teams.
People should not jump on this incident to criticise protests full stop. Which clearly is happening at the moment.
The JHW should come out and advice people that any whistle blowing not in unison with 1000's of others pre arranged is not acceptable.
That individuals doing it to affect the game on the pitch is wrong.
These protests need to unite the majority as the Sheff Utd match did.
There are a small minority who will be against protests no matter what.
The JHW need to consider feedback because that small minority gets bigger if you ignore the popular consensus.

A sit in was a good idea. It didn't need to be so secret. How does the club stop you from sitting in if they know about it before?

And like I said it is amusing you are now using him to back you up. Surely, he would be lying even if he did mention it, because he lies all the time, doesn't he?
