Where are the details about tickets for the Wycombe game? About a week to go until the game. Horrible feeling that our lack of infrastructure is causing delays. Transfer deadline looming, post Northampton fall out, dealing with Sky, hiring an extra person at the Butts to help post tickets (only half joking). You can imagine TF and one key member of staff with a handful of mobiles trying to co-ordinate everything. It'll probably hamper us with signings, ticket sales, you name it. I can't prove any of this....but have a feeling I'm not too far off....

Apparently more info coming out today...

Guess the date was only confirmed with Wycombe's result.

I sort of get that, but go on the Wycombe site and they're already giving out details re: prices, coach travel arrangements etc (just makes us look 3rd rate - in comparison to Wycombe?!). My worries around infrastructure extend to the network for sourcing quality lower league players (I know we found Stokes), which is where I feel we need to be looking to turn our ship around. For me 35 year old Jonathan Douglas type signings are not the answer (as we've seen over the last season or two)

We ARE 3rd rate compared to Wycombe.

We already have the ticket prices too!

Would assume print at home would work for this also.

We only 'found' Stokes because Hockaday worked for us, too.

Ah......forgot that bit. As the FA cup results showed this weekend, the lower league has a few nuggets lurking. The worrying thing is I remember seeing one of them on TV saying that he had been approached by several FL clubs, but the wages they were offering weren't enough to cover what he could pick up combininghis non l;eague wages, combined with other mainstream job!! So - no chance for us then !!

Yeah that's been reasonably common over the years. Always the problem, do you reckon you can make it further and get the money spinning move later, or stick with what you have?

Guess the lifestyle's better if you're not doing 9-5 and *then* going to training, at least.
