Just dug a little deeper and Akinfenwa didn't play last night and wasn't even on the bench, so I am guessing he is one of the injured players.

He barely plays 90 minutes across a month. Don't think he's played more than 60 minutes in 3 years.

No, they are saving him for Tuesday night, the beast will be unleashed

Doesn't matter how hench he is if we have somebody who is going to go into the tackle and hurt him.

Pointless trying to shoulder barge him or upper body so it needs to be either speed or just chopping the tree at the trunk ;)

They should really let me go and give team talks.

"smash the prick, then when you get up tell him the beast off the chase is better"

We need to ankle tap tackle him!!

Or is that rugby?

Or better still, kick him in the shins, tweak his nipples and run. He'll never catch you.

So, what do we think the team will be?

Hoping Stevenson and Folivi are back fit, but based on the situation as we find ourselves in right now at this moment in time it will have to be something like....

RCC

DKE Turnbull Harries Haynes

Thomas Reilly Bigi Reid or Lameiras

Tudgay Beavon

Not great is it. :(

Hardly any variation we can put out to that if Stevenson and Folivi remain injured.

We would be missing Stevenson, Folivi, Clarke, Foley, Rawson, Willis, Vernam.

As has been said elsewhere, surely worth giving Ponticheli a place on the bench. We would have no other striking options.

Bench will be weak too.

Burge Finch Jones Rose Ghadzhev Pontichelli? Maycock? Reid or Lameiras

We should be okay then, because he played yesterday. If he played yesterday he should be missing Tuesday shouldn't he?

I did also hear Ainsworth saying after their game that they ran themselves into the ground yesterday.

Hopefully fatigue will set in for the semi-final. We need all the help we can get.

I thought Vladimir produced more in his ten minutes than Reilly had over the last three games and he even had a shot.

Yesterday?

Unfortunately after that second goal I just couldn't take any more and left with the throng. :(

In the past I have always thought that we still maybe have a chance, but this season you have known if we have gone two down it is game over. :(

I can't see us winning this match either. Not while the bunch of no-hopers we have at the moment, pull on a city shirt. No heart, no pride, no hope.

Yep, this is what it boils down to, HH.

If we win, it'll be on penalties again, but a FT win is not what I foresee. Hate to say, but I think Wycombe will be far more up for it and they'll scrap to the death.

Prediction: 1-0 or 2-1 Wycombe.

It'll all be ok next year on our league two tour. Goals goals goals
If Portsmouth stay where they are, it'll be a nice local game for me! Quick hovercraft over the Solent and a bus ride to Fratton Park!

if we going to win then we need to put 5 in midfeild and stop lumping ball up to tudgay and Beavon who are to small to compete with centre halves, i have never seen Folivi play for Watford to comment on him so no idea what he will offer.

my team would be

RCC
DKE Turnbull Harries Haynes
Bigi Stevenson(if fit)
Rose Jones Lameiras
Beavon

i like rose in the wide AMR position as he gets in to box at back post and actually gives us some sort of threat.

i would play Jones number 10 and let him look for any lay offs from beavon to break through with some sort of pace, he cant be worse than what we have tried.

seems harsh on G Thomas to leave him out as i actually think he has shown promise, i would play him and rose deeper if stevenson isnt fit.

Jones has worked when central in this trophy.

Against Brighton it was him, Thomas and Lamieras I think it was constantly swapping between the 3.

Yeah, we were very fluid, there was good movement and we played pretty well.

Every shred of logic says we should lose, therefore we will win.
And we'll be the first relegated team ever to appear at Wembley.
