Nice sentiment, but then it got cloudy...hey, if Middlesborough didn't have the points deduction, we'd have both gone down, so let by-gones be by-gones, hmm?

Look where we are now, and look at yourselves...that should be more than enough compensation, so you lovely Sunderland chaps shouldn't be so bitter.

I'm not bitter, not in the slightest.

Hope I've proved that over the last few weeks!!

It's all banter!!

Oh, that season that Sunderland got relegated despite getting more points than us?

Oh wait.

I apologise, I can be as dry as a camel's nad-sack at high noon.

I do appreciate your sentiments, and how decent you are, compared to a select few of your fans who (at Highfield Rd in 2000 after we beat you 3-2) tried to do some serious damage to my nose and bollocks. They failed, but I'm not boasting about it. :)

Hope your lads do the business tomorrow, cheers.

I'm referring to the second time you did this!!

;-) ;-)
We didn't do it. You were poor enough over a season to do it yourselves. You need to move on with your life. Look where we are and look where you are. We'll be playing park football soon and you'll still be in your super stadium. There . Feel better ?

HUGE game tomorrow. Big Sam will have them well fired up. Win and we have a chance, lose and we're all but down.

No need for it, really. So are we, but is he rubbing our noses in it?

At least I was actually being dryly sarcastic...
You can't get people's hopes up only for them to be dashed so cruelly.

I am, it's been a busy week at work. I'll be fine though, cheers :)

See, we lack the Northern spirit on this forum, that little spark of enthusiastic optimism.

We're all fucking miserable and tetchy, apart from Otis, who I suspect is Bobby Davro in disguise...

You could do with the likes of Lee Bowyer and Kieron Dyer. They always has that fighting spirit.

Not feeling optimistic at all. Recent games show we will do well to score and even better to not concede. At best it's a draw for us and that just isn't good enough.
You are in a better position and a draw might well be the result tomorrow that gives you belief whilst denying theirs further.

Yeah, reckon I'd take a point now like!! We've got a few players back so we have a chance I suppose!

Will you be travelling down in your new BMW courtesy of royalties from the numbers of your book that have been bought by us lot? Have any other fans been buying it us just us gullible lot? Good book by the way, some of your reasons for wanting to manage certain clubs have had me laughing out loud, none better so far than QPR!!

I wish - trust me, it's not that lucrative. I make very little per book!!

A few clubs fans have properly loved it. Dagenham and Redbridge have sold around 100 copies in their club shop.

Burnleys message board, Stoke and Wolves have all responded brilliantly.

Sold a fair few from ours too.

With start up costs and printing costs etc I am now in profit but not a lot, especially for the work and time put into it.

It was great fun writing it though and the feedback is making it more then worthwhile!!
