Sorry for my ignorance, who is Bradley?
Thanks for the info and I couldn't agree more.@bradleysfight on twitter
Won Match of the Days December goal of the month.
In hospital having treatment for a Typre of terminal cancer but my word he is fighting. Fell asleep for a nap today cuddling Jermain Defoe.
Haway Brad, keep fighting.
The possibility of leading a team out at Wembley may just give him even more strength to keep fighting.
I think this would be a fantastic thing to do. Can the likes of CJ contact someone at the club, if the young lad is up to it? God bless him.
I'll make a call in the morning.
Do you know someone who could make this happen??
Maybe some kids from Coventry with similar illnesses could join him too?
I can ask. Think it's an excellent idea.
Because that boy should be given the moon on a stick if he wants it. I take the point that there may be city fans in a similar position, but if the little man is up for it. I hope someone can make it happen. Why would a sunderland fan walk out in front of a Sky Blue team? Would you walk out in front of Villa? Didnt see nicks post before i posted but spot on.
Well yep.It does seem harsh to say it and I know it's been getting loads of media attention but the more I think about it the more I am sure there will be poorly kids in Walsgrave.
Bradley is getting to spend loads of time with his heroes and players like Defoe have made bonds and it is great that he is happy but I can't help but think there will be poorly young city fans out there that we don't hear about who can lead the team out.
That's not to say Bradley isn't a great cause and it is difficult to put it into words without it sounding harsh.
Have to agree. I think everybody here has deep sympathy and condolences for Bradley but this day is about Coventry City and if we have a young fan going through a similar experience then they should be given the opportunity instead.Well yep.
Needs exploring first.
Would be heartbreaking for a little kid here, a Sky Blues supporter, watching the game on TV and seeing a little Sunderland kid walking out at Wembley instead of him or her.
Need to enquire as to if there is anyone local going through a similar horrible experience who would have their day made by walking out at Wembley stadium first.
Do you know someone who could make this happen??
