He also suggested the price was way too high. Which does suggest it's available, otherwise how do you know the price.
I don't buy the idea that it won't be for sale as they don't want to crystallise the losses. Well I do buy but it, but only in the short term.
Without a concurrently running plan to mitigate those loses then it is pointless. You cannot sit there for ever trying to breakeven not crystallising the loses. People at some point will look for a return on the investment. You will need to tell them a clear plan and timeframe for how and when you hope to turn their investment from loss to profit.
What is the long term plan that is doing that?
The only one in play is the legal action so this concept probably has a two-three year shelf life.

Which club? He sold 4 or 5 in his time didn't he? Didn't he want to merge CP and Wimbledon? Wasn't he heavily criticised for the amount of money he paid himself from the club's he owned too?
