Why on earth would you?

Fair play to them, but just get online :)

A disabled fan I know said he had to buy tickets in person and was not allowed to purchase them online?

Yep. My dad had a disabled season ticket and whenever we wanted away tickets we had to go the the ticket office. Silly really.

Surely with Disabled they will only be able to sell the disabled sections so they dont need to panic too much?

Some teeth on that poodle !!................:stop: I only want the two tickets though, so there's another 4 to go back in the pot from the ST holder.

Bit of an arrogant and pompous attitude

Why is it arrogant to say that I hope they are being looked after and that I have no patience at all?

I just didn't see the point of queuing if they didn't actually need to, but if they are having a laugh in the queue and chose to then fair play to them.

IF I ran the club though I'd have setup 4 or 5 computers in a library somewhere and told people to go there. 1 person on minimum wage for the day and a free wembley ticket can guide people through ordering them online. Takes the load off the actual people selling tickets.

Doesn't mean they are happy using it for purchases though.
Only about 50% of people over 50 years of age actually use for on line purchases.
And the other 50% can't remember if they have used that Internet thingy before

People need to realise not everyone has computers, I pads or fancy mobiles and some like to buy and have their tickets in their hands we have all heard of tickets going astray in post, late getting sent out etc, I'll put money on some sweating to receive them by post
Like the chap on the CT Facebook page moaning how he doesn't have internet access and can't buy online.

What do you think they do, wait until the wheelchair user has bought his ticket and then follow them outside to see if they have suddenly sprang out of the wheelchair and are now jumping for joy around the car park?

Actually, my dad isn't in a wheelchair and is effectively 'normal' for want of a better word and has been questioned on his validity a few times.
We also got stuck in the wheelchair section for Yeovil away when we first came down to league 1. My dad was seething but they wouldn't even entertain offering us anything else.
We just walked around before the match started.

I remember the queues for the Chelsea game, and that was with several ticket vendors working on the desk. A long day and so nearly missed out.
I couldn't afford a season ticket then as of having a young family but last few seasons Ive been lucky enough to scrape every bean together for a season ticket.

Remember the website went into meltdown so I was trying to book by phone. Kept ringing out and then going to a pre-recorded message. Got my phone bill and it'd cost me £60 to keep listening to that message!
