"Goodbye Russell, thanks for your time" would do it for me

Training for what, obviously not defending or shooting.

I would love to watch a training session, I honestly don't have a clue what anybody at the club works on during the week because literally nothing ever changes

I'd like to take a training session. Old school, beasting them.

Even set pieces we have no idea. Goalkeeping is absolutely shocking.

Does slade usually take this long to give an interview?
are you implying that the men in grey suits have come for a quiet word?

It does make you wonder what they do get up to in training that is so impressive, yet so innefective in an actual match. Are we playing training games against those metal dummies as the opposition team?

Our shooting is woeful. Our defending is woeful. Our set pieces are woeful. Yet apparently in training the players are doing really well? Does not add up.

1st period wasnt great
couple of errors at the back to give them chances and they scored them
didnt have enough intent
2nd period it changed
its not about shapes and systems
injected more life
unfortunate to not get something out of it.

tempted to turn it off there, blokes chatting shit.

Lad on the radio saying we need to get someone in to do etc, etc... I know there are lots of people looking for a managerial position, but surely nobody in football would want to work here at the minute. Not anyone who can do anything anyway. I'm certain Slade was the only person with any kind of relevant experience who applied last time.

I hope Slade's properties are not structurally sound and may his busicuit forever fall in his tea every time he has a cuppa.

shocking interview and yes slade sounded like he was very nervous probably expecting a professional grilling interview
Well he is fairly new here and thought it was a professional station not hospital radio
