To anyone still deciding what to do PLEASE protest. This is about the future of our club - not just one match.

This is your chance to peacefully push SISU towards accepting the bid from Hoffman & co - a lifelong City supporter who genuinely wants what we do.

We are not just an unwanted entry on SISU'S balance sheet; we are Coventry City Football Club and that means a lot more to us than it does to their bloody accountants and financial analysts.

PUSB.

SISU OUT!

It's a good article and true, yet some, claiming to be Cov fans, will post negatives to that letter but rarely offer an alternative. I'll just sit back now and await these posts.

I think people are dimissing the protest without having an understanding of what its aims are. Its not purely a protest aimed at getting Sisu out. Its to highlight the problems that the club face with having them as our owners. Its to put pressure on Sisu to communicate with the fans. Its to put pressure on Sisu to invest more in the club rather than slowly kill it.

In my eyes the protest has already acheived quite abit. Just opening up the mirror today and seeing the headline...... SISU sent to Coventry. How many people will see that headline and now know that Coventry fans are not happy with SISU for the way they are mis-managing the club?

Would you give Sisu your money to invest after reading all the negative stories in the papers this last couple of weeks? They must be really feeling the heat now. So if your not upto anything today get down to the Ricoh and join in with us protesters. IT IS MAKING A DIFFERENCE!! PUSB

Well said Dan!

It really is making a difference. SISU will have a hard time attracting investors right now. Imagine a potential investor googling their name to check them out! :)

The national media are printing stories on our plight and WILL be in attendance.

To anyone who loves City then today is the day to make a stand - be at the Jimmy Hill statue at 2.45.

Hit the nail firmly on the head ccfcdan, it's not about who comes in, it's not about being bottom of the league, it's about our very existence. I think we, the fans have woken up a bit late and have ground to make up but atleast most of us are now awake. Today is the opening shot and more will have to follow. As for SISU they do have an option, owners Joy Sepalla and Dermot Coleman can come to the local media and tell us all their plans and policies for Coventry City football club in detail and explain how they intend to achieve them, simple.

Yes. The problem is they know we wouldn't like their plans!

I strongly suspect SISU have written off the investment into CCFC and are now looking to get something back before bailing out. This means they can afford to play hardball. What they didn't forsee was the antics of Orange Ken which has bought National and International bad publicity. For this reason alone people should go and make a noise at 2.45 even if (like me) they are in the ground for the kick off! PS we should all thank the Orange one for bringing the media spotlight onto CCFC. PUSB

I was pleased to see that the Save the City campaign is moving on from being just a protest movement to serious thoughts about what we want the club to be post SISU. If a credible plan can be put together to indicate a way forward that can be made public via the media, the Save the City movement gains much more credibility and who knows if there are people out there with some money to take it up.

I think a completely different approach is necessary. As mentioned elsewhere the club needs to be more community centric, we must find the level we can operate whilst breaking even, and build from there. The long term stability of the club must underpin any plan for the future.

I'm not sure that SISU have a plan. In my mind's eye I see them sitting around with their thumbs in their bums, looking at each other and wondering how they will get out of this mess they created.
