Unbelievable. Read between this lines here, 'We are committed to staying in Coventry, that is what we are trying to do'.... opens up the possibility they will not.
Which brings us back to the point I was making earlier today. Everyone involved should call their bluff and get 100% behind moving to the Butts.

If it is the be the Butts we need a timescale. Where are we going to be playing the season after next if Wasps won't negotiate with us?

Can someone at the meeting look at the questions on here and try and ask some of those instead of just yelling and bawling and talking nonsense.

I know people are angry, but some of the ones in the audience really are acting like pathetic children.

It's frustrating, I tried to get hold of the trust so I could attend, but no one bothered to get back to me. Instead I am sat in my kitchen about 200 meters away watching these cretins grill Fisher for the last oppurtinity this century will provide.

As much as I hate to say it, and I expect to get pelters for this, but 12k is probably the right size for L1 or L2. Bournemouth have managed to get to the Prem with a stadium that size. If the club play it right, and have an expandable stadium to allow for future success, then it will probably be the right thing.
It won't he expandable though, that's the problem.

Would be fine for us now and in League One if we get back there, but in the Championship we would get much bigger crowds for the likes of Wolves, Villa, Birmingham, Sheff Weds, Newcastle, Leeds etc.

Bullshitting about revenue streams, but the capacity of the Butts is less even that the crowds at the Ricoh.

Don't believe he gets involved with that does he, just supplies the budget numbers. Down to Venus, Mowbray and Slade this season, no-one else.

He runs the club, ultimately responsible for everything. I wouldn't blame him for a few poor transfer windows, but our recruitment has been poor for a number of years now. several managers have mentioned a poor scouting system and a lack of infrastructure. So yes, he is responsible, because those things undermine the managers ability to build and run a successful team.

Yeah, it is building up a pretext to move/blame council etc.. furthermore I'd like Jon Sharp to confirm this plan before I believe a word of it.

Bournemouth have owners who were willing to supply the financial support that the stadium can't supply. That's the difference. Bournemouth would also give their right nut to have a 32k stadium right now but it won't happen on the current site as it's penned in on all sides, much like the BPA. Guess what they're looking at doing instead? Moving to a new purpose built stadium on the outskirts. Something else SISU would never fund.

You're right we're being relegated to the fourth division what right have these people to raise their voices when they think he's coming out with shit.

coming out with shit? They're not letting him get a full sentence out, it's embarrassing. You watch tomorrow, everyone will be saying he didn't answer a question.

Yep. Most definitely. I know some on here think talk like that is anti-Butts, but it isn't.

I am only against the Butts because I think any attempt to build a stadium big enough for what we will need in the future will be futile.

Opposition will be absolutely huge against it. The plans would have to be cut back drastically and we would more than likely end up with less than half of what we really need.

First decent question I heard was 'what's stopping him engaging with the community now?' and he was able to ignore it completely because of the other shouters.
