Started off So positively in his new role (started last season working well with the budget albeit mainly through loans).

Lost his way I think with the recruitment after that Summer; every window has been a failure.

Can't imagine he'll be getting offered a directors position at any other club anytime soon!

Prime example of people trying something they have no knowledge in and it backfiring.
