Should be some warm feeling left over from Sunday - good effort on Wednesday - tickets cheaper - parading the silverware - opening of a new Trophy room - 12k ?

Are you serious, opening of a new trophy room, did we not have a rather empty one before.
Are we going to start stadium tours with the highlight a up close viewing of the Checkatrade trophy, could be a money spinner and bring in much needed revenues, could be as much as £10 a week if they are run properly.
That's £520 a year which could pay one weeks wages for one of our juniors.
I hope to god Fisher has looked into this, could make the move to the Butts not so vital

8,000 home fans at best I'd say

Struggling to get 10000 I think. How ironic that when legends day it is the day we may be confirmed as a bottom tier team. Shame when most of them legends who bust a gut to keep us in our rightful place all them years, will be watching gutless wimps who are not fit to lace their boots.

Don't always agree with Grendel, but even with the sun shining, I think 8k home fans maximum (and I'll be one!)

I will make a deal, I will stop calling it a shit/Mickey Mouse Cup if the great Cov City fans turn up over 20k. if it was FA Cup and team weren't shit easy over 20k. deal?

Call it a MM cup if you like, but it got more exposure for the sad state of the club than any boycott, tennis ball , smoke flare or SISU out rant
You're an idiot. Potential buyers are looking at Facebook to see how many people are saying #sisuout not looking at the potential of a club to take 45k fans when they are at the lowest point in 50 years.

Supporting the club and showing the potential and support is there for investors is there is stupid when you can rant online.

Edit - lacking a basic understanding of simple economics helps too

So I'm an idiot for stating an obvious fact am I.

The state of the club was discussed on Football Focus. That only happened because we were in a cup final

Well after Wednesdays strange old team selection and with the potential of no notch playing up front again I would say a lot of the feel good factors already gone so not as many will be there which is a crying shame...Ohh and Rueben Limpmeiras hopefully will have pulled a muscle picking a feather up so he will not be considered either along with what day is it Foley...fucking shite!!!

I think that's a bit unfair on some of our young players
It's the truth mate. They ARE the reason we are bottom of the league. If people think that we will progress forward with the likes of Burge,Rcc,Willis,Haynes,Bigi,Finch,Thomas et al, they are very much mistaken. That is not entirely their fault as they should be nowhere the first team and have been thrown under the bus.

When did you last go to the Ricoh pal?? Finch?? He isn't anywhere near the 1st team? Don't think he can have any blame on our current situation!!

Bringing my daughter in respect of my old Dad who passed away last week. Will be a tear jerker but my little one is only 13 and she said she wanted to come for grandad. Bless her I always said she would have to come when he passed away as I went with my old dad.
She can come tomorrow and leave it at that.
Johhny Ricoh is coming up to see me so it will be a special day. I will look up to the sky and give my dad a smile and wish he was here.
Little Jess will be oblivius to the City's situation but will have a good look at what we used to do when she came with her mum to drop and collect us.

Sorry to hear about you losing your dad. Maybe not much consolation but I know all on here hope you have a good day in the circumstances.

Aww Jeez I'm sorry to hear that Sean.

Iit was a privilege to meet you and your Dad just a few weeks ago in the lounge.

A lovely man.
You know what? life is like that sometimes and meeting you maybe was an indication as I often spoke about you. I got to say goodbye and everytime he took his oxygen mask off and he heard we won 2 on the trot he said in a husky voice "Any chance?" referring to staying up. In the back ground of numerous monitors and screens bleeping away and Dad sitting in a chair 8 stone ringing wet and another nurse walking towards him with another needle to put into his stomach.
He was 85 years old on his last few days and had more pipes coming out of him with 6 broken ribs due to CPR and a tube from his lungs plus his intestine and catheter and all he wanted to know how the City were doing. "Whens Wembley" he muttered to me when he lifted his oxygen mask.
"Thanks for coming Sean" was the last time we spoke but by God this football club like many 1000`s of other people has made people bond and proud of our City.
Life goes on and so does the vehicle that unites us with a common cause. "Our day will come" as Dad used to say walking to the road with his hat held by his hand and the wind and rain pouring down looking for our lift...........

Bristol Rovers game boss. Finch has been on the bench so is part of the squad.
