I know this is going around in the same old circles , but one last time, if Sisu hadn't taken the club to Northampton ( and remembering that this was for their own ends, not for the good of CCFC), Wasps would not be here.
£5.5m plus £1m to extend the lease by over 200 years. The loan is irrelevant.

Loan was Tim's reason for not accepting the same deal as Wasps if offered.
Fishmonger?knobofcov brilliant got me pissing meself you sad act so you had no interest in the home town rugby team supported who ???? never went to CRFC but went to cockneys at the rioch .......why didnt you think of going home town team to see if you loved it first or couldnt you earn out of them as you parking doesnt come in the BPA area... dont come back with the 50 years bollox either you sold your sole mate end of
From what I have been told it was solely down to Joy to go to Northampton it was a risk she was willing to take to prove her point, problem it seriously backfired when most of the fans would not follow.I know this is going around in the same old circles , but one last time, if Sisu hadn't taken the club to Northampton ( and remembering that this was for their own ends, not for the good of CCFC), Wasps would not be here.
Fisher can join the Elliott/Hoffman consortium after all then.it was solely down to Joy to go to Northampton
He has his own waiting in the background I believeFisher can join the Elliott/Hoffman consortium after all then.

She was trying to show what a strong hand she had and then negotiate a deal for the Ricoh on her terms, the embarrassment of the experiment pissed her off so she became even more hardball.
The rest as they say is history.
I'd chuckle, lots and lots.He has his own waiting in the background I believe
Wasps do not represent the city of Coventry in the same way that MK Dons does not represent Wimbledon, you doughnut.I have started to take an interest in the results of Wasps in the same way as I take an interest in the results of Coventry Blaze formerly Solihull Barons,to me they are teams who represent the City of Coventry. It is also no different to players who represent the English national side instead of their country of birth, due to long distance relatives or by their residency in England.
I would also remind you that if Wasps had not purchased the Ricoh a COVENTRY CHARITY would have probably gone bankrupt due to receiving no rent.
Regards.

The equivalent would be them representing Milton Keynes and they doWasps do not represent the city of Coventry in the same way that MK Dons does not represent Wimbledon, you doughnut.
The Allan Higgs Trust.Which Coventry Charity is that then?

The Allan Higgs Trust.
The Allan Higgs Trust.
No but MK does represent Milton Keynes.Wasps do not represent the city of Coventry in the same way that MK Dons does not represent Wimbledon, you doughnut.
Bollocks. The council had veto and pre sisu the club were never allowed to purchase unless they paid around £10 million for the Higgs share and £24 million for F and B right and.
Stop lying.
Not what I heard they were struggling. No chance would they have gone bust, from my understanding the original money that the trust started with is still there and probably more.
No saying sisu were right though.
Yes but that doesn't count.didn't the club sell the f and b rights therefore would have to buy them back
Not what I heard they were struggling.
Why are they now willing to do a deal for a training centre that is one of their main money makers?
How would ccfc withholding rent to ACL,a private limited company, cause Higgs to go bust?No dividends or moneys were ever paid out to ACL's shareholders so they were never reliant on money from ACL.The Allan Higgs Trust.
Coventry were building their own in the new ground remember. Why did they purchase Browns in April 2014? When they took on the half share, was it not money owed to them? Would they have got that money back? Would they have not planned for being without it?
That is a question, why would they sell the CCFC academy to a London rugby team?
And as I've said before that single decision will damage CCFC more than SISU ever could.
So I don't see why they should not rename themselves as the Coventry Wasps instead of the London Wasps then perhaps they would start to turn the opinion of those doubtersI have started to take an interest in the results of Wasps in the same way as I take an interest in the results of Coventry Blaze formerly Solihull Barons,to me they are teams who represent the City of Coventry. Coventry were building their own in the new ground remember.
Also they wouldn't pay the rent seems to me once bitten and all that.
So you think Fisher (and Grendel) is wrong and the Ricoh is affordable?
Ridiculous hyperbole.

So let's give the stadium to a London team for 250 years. Ha, ha, etc. Yes, that'll show 'em.
CCFC mate always said we would end up being a charity case after all the shite has settledWhich Coventry Charity is that then?
