What he means is "Please keep clicking on the 40 Twitters links we've posted in the few hours since this story broke. Stay tuned for later when I reveal the exclusive news that an American consortium may be interested in buying an English sports team. Could it be CCFC?!"
Pretty obvious isn't it.

A bid of 500K is frankly stupid. I understand that the first bid will be a lowball but it's not even in the ballpark.

When SISU took over they paid 8m to settle outstanding debts owing to outside creditors. The club currently does not have significant outside creditors and it is now in L2 rather than the Championship. Therefore, the club is probably "worth" somewhere around 4-5m. ("Worth" based on option value rather than assets in place.)

Hoffman apparently turned down 500K as his golden goodbye when he left Northern Rock so he's obviously not short of a few bob. I think they should have offered around 2m as an opening bid (with proof of funds) just to show they were serious. 500K is laughable.

Do we know the details of the add ons?

I asked what about the debt, I didn't say anything about figures but said about it not just being about the offer figure but what happens with that.

You are getting slowly into sbk territory again.

You said it in reply to a post that said "for something worth £0".

The debt is worthless. Anyone who takes it on and pays SISU for it is doing SISU a favour they don't necessarily need to be doing.

Like I said. How much debt did SISU settle in real terms when they bought the club for a quid? Seems they'd already be best part of half a million quid up and they got a lot more for their money than whoever ends up taking it of their hands will.

The only thing that would need settling is any deal for Ryton against the charges on it. But who's to say Ryton was even part of the bid? I'll guess we might learn more in the coming days. Possibly.

But on the surface of it I'm guessing you're gutted that the offer wasn't for a quid. You've probably had to rearrange some ducks because of that.

Can't understand why you'd keep everything secret, if all this is true. They tried it before and were turned away and it all got blown over. 6 years later it looks like the exact same situation refusing to get any kind of hopes up.

Yes, because I was saying that needs to be taken into consideration with the offer.

I wasn't saying that they should get 100m based on what they say they have put in.

I've never said the offer would be for a quid either.

Again, it's sbk froth territory like you were last time Hoffman bid.

The second one will give them something to think about.
Has Hoffman typed x 30 on his calculator? Might have a chance if he has.
"I guarantee if we had new owners I guarantee 10000 season tickets would be sold without doubt"
Do you reckon who ever posted that will financially guarantee those sales?
Do we know the details of the add ons?
£250K for each promotion. So get to the PL and the total is £1.25m

Stop knocking Sisu's excuses. Let them speak.

Let who speak? I'd love to hear some details but seeing as you're the only person who claims to know anything and you refuse to say and the people actually involved won't even admit their own involvement we have to go on what little information we have.
At least be more positive.

If the deal is that good it will stand up to scrutiny. Also it will ramp up the pressure that can be applied.

IMO 500K + add ons is not good enough at this point. We'd be pissed if we sold Stevenson for that.

Forget the debt. What do you think we are worth ?

So now you are saying others lie, after having a go at me saying it's lying?

Nice one, go and sit with SBK in the corner. Pencil crayons on order.
where have I said they lied It is what is done in these deals.
Yet you still deflect the question I asked you why have a go and call one side liers but you egnore the others?
And you tell me to sit down with crayons
I have not had a go at ether side in this debate, it is how it is done.

So what do you think SISU should be paid for the debt that was largely created through their mismanagement of CCFC? You obviously feel it's worth something otherwise you wouldn't have brought it up in the first place. Do you feel they deserve more or less than they paid for the investment originally even though what's left of that original investment is considerably less valuable than what they started with?

So I've never said people like Fisher are full of shit and lie?

If somebody actively says it's not true knowing it is, it's a lie.

The same with saying there's a stadium.
