Not only that we sold vincelot to bring him in - absolute bag of wank who's only positive was an on point beard
I don't believe he's that bad, especially under Robins, but now you put the Vincelot equation into it....ffs.. how to put a downer on ones day :wtf:

Er....what do you think they did?
Tried to find out and filled in the stuff they couldn't get an answer for (most of it) with guesswork.

Is that your way of saying they made it up?

Thought Turnbull was a lot better under Robins.
If we got the Swindon Turnbull next season, we'd have a player.

Suspect the Swindon version will still be fresh enough that he'll bog off somewhere else, and undoubtedly be a star given our record...

Strangest signing of the season that was to me. Especially to put that clause in his contract when we signed him mid August, surely TM was a little concerned the squad was not as good as what he wanted and was gonna be close to a dog fight.
Unbelievable we paid cash for a like for like replacement alone!

Think it's a fairly standard clause in most contracts isn't it? Release option in the event of relegation?

That pisses me off, the fact Turbull has a clause and can leave for free(?) after we spent money on a transfer for him, plus the fact we let Aaron Martin go! ffs
Where does it say free?

No real shocks in there other than Burge. Just hope Robins already knows some of the replacements and already has irons in fires.

As a point of balance, far be it from me to defend a CT reporter but I have to say Andy Turner is a really nice guy. Met him a few times having taught his lad and always took the time to talk football. Seems a real fan and obviously given false information last night. Not the sort to fabricate clickbait worthy content for likes, unlike some.

Egg on our faces ! Well I have commenting on the list on here yesterday should have known better but thought it was the genuine article. But glad to see Stokes and Haynes getting kept on and Leigh Burge, I think he has proved the last couple of months there's a keeper there somewhere I'll judge him again when he has a proper settled defence in front of him.

I really do hope this doesn't mean Burge is going to be first choice though. I hope RCC has been told to have a look around and there's experience on the way in.

Feel for Andy Turner on this one. As has been mentioned, a top bloke and a good reporter. Another example of the race to be first on everything and the need to beat the Observer on display here.

As for the list itself, a little disappointed to see Burge has been retained as I guess that suggests he will be first choice next season.

awaits the 5 reasons article

5 reasons why we have shit for brains.

1. We were too busy doing a Wasps PR piece to research properly. So we went to Facebook and our number 1 'fact finder' Danny S White.
2. Nick Eastwood
3. Anne Lucas
4. James Haskell - he's a dish.
5. wasps are so much cooler than bees anyway. Who the fuck needs pollination?

swindon supporting friend suggests we have already seen the swindon version

I hope they keep Tudgay on for coaching purposes only as I think he'll be good for the younger players and toby fayre to him, I've never heard a bad word said against him for his off-field professionalism.

This wouldn't have been out of place on the Eakinballs thread. At least of him we expect every other word to be factually incorrect.

Wasn't he supposed to be doing some coaching this season, where our top scorer ended up with a mighty five goals?

I wouldn't be against that although I think that's what Mowbray had initially intended last Summer. If we ended up in that situation again I would rather we raffled off the strikers position to a fan!

I aint gonna bite there, Captain ;D
However, G Thomas came on leaps and bounds when Robins came in from where he was at, at the start of the season.
