How long can you play the poorly card for now until your wife compares it to child birth and doesn't let you get away with stuff?

I can see the "...but I've got cancer..." ticket coming to an end. Still got to recover from transplant during the summer and will be weak apparently so can still milk it for a while longer yet!

Got to get fit for all those mouth-watering away days!

I have been to every ground we'll be playing at next season (unless Forest Green come up) - they're mostly either local to my family in the north west or easy enough from London where I live right now. Even FGR would be OK as have got family in south Wales so can make a weekend of it down there and visit FGR on the way.

Being weak will be an open ticket, Torchy. Any jobs you don't fancy doing should bring on a "I'm a bit tired, I think I'll have a lie down."

Thanks for offer. I accept. Just PM me your mobile so you can come and do stuff for me on a whim.

I'd love to help but I've pulled my bootlace. Physio says it's a grade 3 tear, so I'll be unavailble for actual physical work for at least 3 - 6 months. Had that Yakubu bloke sat next to me in the waiting room funnily enough. Lovely chap, very still and peaceful.

No excuse. I need someone to help me to the toilet.

I would do, Torchy, but we get little or no mobile signal in this village.

Before I touch that, I think I'm going to need to get some of these...

All you have to do is aim. Be over before you know it.

Never played that. Might give it a go. Any other suggestions?

Tele is free on our ward but rubbish channels. I haven't tried Sky Blue Player yet. Worked fine in Cov. I'll leave that particular joy/despair until tomorrow at 12pm.

Oh is that the one with the ghost trainer or something? I used to play that. Bought it and everything.

It's a football one where you have to slide on the screen the path of the ball to score goals :)

Thanks Earl/Clint

Yep, today is Day Zero. Somewhere in the UK a 20 year old guy will donate cells and they will be couriered/flown from whichever hospital he's donated and then I'll have them harvested into me. Amazing really.

God bless my donor I say and to everyone who donates and gives blood, particularly at such a young age.
