ST sales (20 Viewers)

The excitement of maybe not doing so well, the joy at not many st's being sold, the stockholm syndrome type crap. I have no idea if it is rabies or not, just very strange.

Yes, we won't win every game next season. If I wanted to just watch games we won I'd just support whoever was doing well at that time.
Right-thanks for clearing that up.

Just bought four. Im like a junkie, I need my fix. Cant help thinking about the season before last when we were storming it before Christmas, life was good for a while. Hopeful we can have a bit more of that feeling.
Total respect to you guys who cant or wont go because of the situation, my boys wanted to go and TBH I didn't need much soul searching

Renewed mine and son's. I just can't give up following them. Despise the owners but the blood is sky blue. Have promised son we will take in more away games too next season.
I think it will either be a promotion success or a nose dive dive out the FL.

Think I will be going to a few more away games too! Don't know why but they seem more appealing.

About to buy online, but the interactive seating map isn't working so I can't pick an individual seat.

Does anyone know what row the seats go up to in block 16 and 17? I want to get one fairly near the top.

You might want to get to the doctors about the Stockholm Syndrome then ;)

My appetite went about 4-5 years ago when the owners allowed relegation not once but twice to happen to our Club, without any real passion or conviction in getting the Sky Blues on a better footing in the Championship to begin with, then disgracefully allowing relegation to L1 and eventually to L2. Non League is the next step if the owners don't make a good fist of things next season. Then again I don't think they give a fuck! There have been mumblings on here and from comments I've seen in other media outlets about CCFC being a "Tax dumping ground" Far be it from me to make such a accusation, but is it a possibility?

What's that got to do with you saying people have Stockholm Syndrome for supporting CCFC no matter what league they are in?

What better way to describe getting a hammering, rolling over and letting them do it again(10 years this year) A whole decade of having the shit kicked out of us by the owners, only some, or should I say the vast majority, won't allow them to do it anymore. As OSB58 says... "You don't need eyes to see, you need vision."

Because these are people who are going to watch their team play football...CCFC fans.

Nobody is rolling over anywhere or anyhow, they are buying a ticket to go and watch their team play.

So predictable it took you 20 minutes to think about it after you originally replied?

How about you reply to what I am saying to you rather than banging on about "the last word" so you can say "I told you so" when you get a reply?

Yes, it is very predictable that I will reply. Hardly need to be Mystic Meg.

hasn't one of the financial bods on here said that this isn't possible? Not 100% sure but I thought one of them said it can't be done.

Annnndddd There it is..... I have given you my opinion on Stockholm Syndrome. Would you like me to come over and explain it in more detail?

Yes, and I have pointed out how it is in no way comparable to somebody going to support their team. There must have been an epidemic at Wembley.

Just saying "my opinion" doesn't validate anything.

Then why don't you do what you suggested to me... If your opinion doesn't validate anything "Log off"

Because I'm not the one on a CCFC forum saying CCFC fans have a severe psychological issue because they want to watch their team.

The most interesting statistic will be how many existing season ticket holders renew before close of play tonight.
By definition they are the "die hards" and would expect them to renew and keep same seat. Obviously not true for 100% but probably true for 95%
Big concern for next years budget if only 1,000 to date would suggest less than 2,000 by start of season based on history as 50% of season tickets have been early bird/renewals.
Out of interest is there anybody out there who is buying a season ticket next season but didn`t have one for last season.
