Seems things have moved on from those SCG minutes - in 22/03/2017 statement from Mr Sharp specifically states option of having CCFC as a tenant and CRFC controlling the site.

The one part I noticed and hasn't been mentioned is in the penultimate paragraph.

There will only be a chance of it happening if the legal matters between SISU and CCC end. So if SISU get the go ahead to start JR2 both Wasps and CRFC won't consider us to use their ground in a years time. So who now wants JR2 to go ahead under the pretence of finding something new out?
