Bit like now it was leaked to the media, and he said they were untrustworthy so went to forest instead....

No it wasn't. He immediately after agreeing a deal went to the Derby chairman and asked for a pay rise which he duly got. He didn't even join forest when he eventually left Derby 12 months after we tried to get him.

He had no intention of joining the club he just used us to get a pay rise. Robins then withdrew the offer and appointed Milne after Dennison caretakered for a while.
