I stand corrected. But it still wouldn't be logical to pay 60 mil for us given the ground situation.

I can think of many reasons.

When was the last time a Division 4 club was sold for even a quarter of that.......even if they have their own ground?

the original post I replied to said we would need to be in the championship to attract a bid of 60 mil.
I think, even then, that would be too high a price let alone currently.
