i think what most people are just trying to say is he scored 27 for the underage team and no point saying this person said hes shit when he clearly has something about him with scoring goals, easy thing just imo is said that plus added to what you said that he scored 27 goals so i think my friends are wrong in what they said. Havign watched various U18 games last season, JP is by far the most naturally talented striker we've had progress through from the 18's > first team in a long time.

As for your views on ponticelli...well you are entitled to them. I remember everyone telling me that Gary lineker would never make it as a striker and look how that ended up. If ponticelli is a quarter as good then we have ourselves a real find.
I do think his size might go against him at the very highest level but when I watched him v Tamworth last week he certainly had an eye for goal, was composed and clinical, worked hard for the team and always kept defenders on their toes.

I really can't call a starting 11 at the moment. Too many trialists not yet signed, too many existing players who may or may not stay and too little information about some of the new signings to say whether they will slot straight in to first team reckoning.
The only thing I can say for certain at the moment is that Vincenti must be the first name on the team sheet. Just in case anyone is still in any doubt i am properly over the moon we have signed him.
