We batter people in court. Yeah right. She should have sold the club long ago and never bothered with the legals. Her reputation is in tatters and frankly she only has herself to blame. From what I've witnessed SISU are neither good business people or batterers of people in court. Whatever they were played up to be when they arrived they've only ever done the exact opposite. Three non victories in court and three relegations. Let's hope they go before they get the opportunity to up those stats to four a piece.

So SISU notified Wasps in Feb 2016 that they would be seeking damages from them.
Also SISU wanted Wasps to pay a further 30 million for the Ricoh.
Yet I was under the impression from people on here that non of this JR business affected Wasps at all. Also that non of this would be having any impact on Wasps negotiations with SISU. Also that Wasps should not have been suggesting they were stopping negotiations till all the legal action finishes.
Strange.
Said it all along and will keep saying. You will get nowhere attacking the people you need the help from the most. Then claim you are victim when they don't help you.
All this legal action and hard ball negotiations tactics has done nothing but harm both CCFC and SISU.
Hope to god for once they will learn and change their ways

I think what will be interesting is what they do next. They have clearly pissed on their own chips with wasps but again they must have had a plan for he club should this action fail. Do they make a go of it? Or bleed it dry a little more?
