Agree but he was very poor tonight. Hopefully Haynes can light a fire back in him. Happy with grimmer the other end though

He’s been very disappointing all season. After I campaigned for him so much last season, and I still think we were at fault for him being absent so long, saying how we should make him a priority to re-sign, yet he looks so much off the pace and this is League Two!

I get that long term injuries can hamper players futures but he’s not the player he was before his injury; he’s almost like the player we signed from FGR! Slow, and lacklustre at times

I called for Vincenti the minute he took Biamou off and we started lumping it forward. Common sense really if we are chasing the game.

Have we lost all our games since Vincenti got injured? Certainly hasn’t appeared in the last 3. Coincidence maybe? Or perhaps he offers us more than some give him credit for?

Well i'm mid-meltdown after spending best part of £300 quid for the last three games, without a goal!

The icing on the cake for your post was when I scrolled down and it said 'Don't Know Why I Bother' liked this.

You're first on my Tequila round. Poor sod.

Shite that was. That fans who ran on pitch was so silly really, but had to show he was unhappy.

How the he'll McNulty stayed on that pitch I will never know. Thought he had a good first 20-25 minutes but the 2nd half just passed him by, in fact did he even touch the ball 2nd half?

His first 4 passes were misplaced?

Yes a couple of misplaced passes (please see Doyle,Kelly,Jones et al) but was involved and contributed. It all went down hill from there.

Their goalkeeper mishandled on two occasions and the ball spun off his arms and went out for a corner. Our goalkeeper mishandled and it went into the net. Who said you make your own luck in this game!

I expect to see Haynes back in the side soon. Subbing Stokes for Shipley was a clear indication of what MR thinks of Stokes' attacking capabilities.

Beavon should have come on for McNulty.

Not only did burge let in yet another howler he nearly just ran me over in car park!

Twat!!!!

Yet another?

It was a dreadful mistake but his first of the season. O'Brien made more in 3 games than Burge has in 10.

FFS what the fucking hell happened??? I wake up expecting 3 points and its fucking doom and gloom again!
For what its worth and I definitely wasnt there but I think in Jan open window Beavon and McNoughty need to go, if either of them score lots of goals (yes I know ridiculous) between now and the open window still get rid, I cant believe that Robins used to be a striker but cant spot one from somewhere, its codt us too many points already, I think I am right in saying nobody this season has played us off the park and had we have scored more we would certainly be flying higher than we are, yes it is a relatively new team but they should be starting to gell by now, desperately need to strengthen midfield because Stevenson looks shockingly bad we need to get a loan in to replace Andreu and someone who can play wide opposite to Jones, we can all see it lets hope Robins can too

Well, where to start with that disgraceful performance.
Tactics and formation seem a good place. We are set up wrong for the players in the 11 side, and our build up play is poor and predictable. It needs changing by Saturday.

Players... too many playing poor, taking too long to make a easy pass and too often misplaced in defensive areas putting ourselves under pressure. All in all too many let the standards slip. Burge did nothing right all night, distribution was his worst ever surely, the error... oh forget it. Unbelievable, MR said it moved. He's enough time to watch and follow its flight, basic error.

JJ... has grimmer done something to piss him off. Fails to recognise him on the pitch. Ball greedy and piss poor. Even took a foul throw that the very poor officials missed. Duck, ball greedy and poor too. The poor decision making of the duck and JJ is a big part to play in our poor attacking threat at times. 4 attacking players and for me only Biamou comes out with the most credit out of them, and that's not such a glowing reference.

Biamou, now he should of taken one of them headers. They were good opportunities, disgraceful to hear him booed off the pitch. Was it not obvious to see that when he was taken off nothing stuck up top he's pivotal in our link up play.

MR, tactically poor in his set up currently and failing to adapt to the game played out in front of him. Not sure why the reluctance to change things when it's obvious to see. Looked lost last night.

If Beavon had been playing might agree with you,

It's not 100% clear what happened....looks like is just went through his hands/legs?????
First time I have seen it on a replay. Last night it looked like he caught it but it spun out of his hands but even that took about 3 mins to get to the goal!

Absolutely woeful. To think we've lost to two of them now this season as well.
Well that's the thing. All sides give away silly goals at some point. If you are scoring at the other end though it is not such an issue and there lies the problem.

If we are not scoring this is going to keep happening. Own goal, dodgy penalty decision, goalkeeping error etc.

It did seem to take a age to roll in.

Maybe that was my brain processing it going nooooooooo.

Shout out to the ball boy behind the goal in the second half who seemed to take a wayward ball to the face and no-sold it completely. Man of steel

he got his hands up to block it, it didn't hit his face. Would have been nasty if it did.
If anyone's got it on video could they send it to Burge?

My son who’s 11 on the way home asked me Dad do you think we are going down. I laughed and said no chance of that son don’t worry. I actually couldn’t believe he said that, but made me delve deeper and wonder why he said that.
Was it the toxic anxious atmosphere? Was it the 97 minutes of negativity?

Is this a recollection from the games of last year. Not sure.

Amazing after one game ( My sons been to all but Grimsby) he quite knowledgable in his own way. But his mindset has gone from Top 3 to even ask a silly question.

If you keep clean sheets you cannot lose but if you don’t score you cannot win. Fact. We all knew before the season started that we hadn’t got a decent keeper and we needed a goal scorer. So why didn’t Robins address either issue???? Not making an offer for James Collins looks like a massive mistake.

Just serves to remind us never to forget where we came from. and which fucking arseholes put us there to start with.
It's been a proper journey of discovery with players coming in and others falling by the wayside, but the one constant is us, the fans. PUSB
