Where are all the 'we're crap,' 'midtable at best,' not good enough bunch today?

We are just FOUR points from an automatic promotion place.

We keep it like that going into the new year and strengthen as has been alluded to we should be in a very good position to push forwards and kick on.

Notice there are a few posters absent today.

I was absent today because I've just finished a 13 hour shift. But great result today, hopefully the start of a good run.

I expect the likes of GaryPendrysEyes and Glen will be quiet this evening.

They're too upset that we won to come on here.
It's ridiculous. The minute we lose they are straight on here to remind us how bad we are. We win... where are they?

They were probably typing up their rant until the 75th minute and then it all suddenly became pretty much redundant.

to be honest I was starting to fall into that category and I'm normally stupidly optimistic. No home wins since September and last weeks awful performance were wearing me down.
Spirits very much lifted after today albeit realistic enough to know we still have issues.

Sad thing is, you're probably right....

Whatever happened to Glen as an aside? He usually had something to say when we lost but haven't heard anything from him in an age!

It’s fair enough to complain after a bad performance and we were terrible last week but we do have some who will only post when we lose and seem to be happy about it.

Important win today. Hope we can push on from this.

Wycombes away form isn't good and I reckon our centre halves are more suited to a physical battle against Akinfenwa than dealing with the trickery and mobility they faced today from Eisa so hopefully we can follow today up with another win.

Akinfenwa is a beast, but then you don't get the pace with him.

Was very impressed with Eisa today, though we did give him too much space.

I liked him. Reminded me of Duck in many ways.
Lots of fans saying they would like him in our side. Wouldn't disagree but he had 4 very good chances today and scored 1, the sort of conversion rate McNulty gets slated for!

we won today against a very competent Cheltenham side. its a good day....

no offence to our scouting network, but if we had Eisa as opposed to Biamou, i think we would be right up there

I know I’m not a moaner and it wasn’t directed at me but I’m going to tell you about my day.

I played golf. Shit front 9, decent back 9 including sinking a 40ft putt.

Got home, saw the result. Magic.

Just had an Indian takeaway.

About to pour myself a large Grey Goose and coke.

Magic. Laters.

We were reasonable today and got a much needed 3 points. Sorry, are we not allowed to speak about how crap we were against Morcombe last week anymore?

Johnson on vocals, Farage on drums and Trump on trumpet.

Bass would be Brian Blessed.

I’ve enjoyed reading the threads this evening, lots of positivity laced with realism. On Biamou, someone mentioned that this is his 18th game without a goal. This tells me that Robbins has enormous faith that he can become a real player for us. Managers aren’t always right, but I think we should share the Manager’s faith. McNulty will, I think, be a really good player, stick with him, he is already a good player, and will become even better. Vincenti, someone tell me how constantly being on someone’s back makes them a better player. The highlight of today was seeing another young player making his way, and scoring a key goal, and the highlight of tonight, is seeing Grendle savaging Greggs and Dongonzales - he is so cruel!!
