Pleased with the win, but it should never have been so close. We had enough chances to win several games, and bar Doyle's superb effort and McNulty's tidy finish, nowhere near clinical enough.

Suicidal defending for the pen.

Having seen highlights Can’t believe stick DKE getting. He puts his hand on his shoulder and Wycombe player goes down like a sack of spuds...

Would need to move out of the way if he is falling though.

You would think it would be a case of cut at the bottom of the tree trunk and the rest will fall, he did cause all sorts of issues in the cup game last year when he came on. Hopefully if we put out a physical defence and actually having a Defensive Midfielder to sit in front and cut out the direct balls to him it will help.

Even so, it's CCFC so there is something to worry about with every game. Even being 2-0 up on 80 minutes there is a nagging though there.
He caused problems Nick, because people stood up and got muscled out of it. You can be 5 stone wet through and go low play the ball and watch him fall. He should not bother us, it's the mobile striker who finds space that's the problem.
We got lucky Saturday, they missed a hatful of chances. Shows how
They love the nudge when players are in the air dont they
been doing it all game.

A great game. We knew that Akinfenwa would be a handful - and he was. What I hadn't appreciated was that they were quite so one dimensional. Ugly to watch, but effective. Luckily our 2 wonder goals swayed it for us. Not convinced by Biamou on tonights showing- hope he can prove me wrong,

Still know willis and nazon better than otis and steve say muhahahha

Numpty!! I have said I rate Nazon and I also quite like Willis too. All I have said is that Nazon is too greedy, which he is, and that Willis has made a few errors this season that have cost goals, which he has.

Are we not allowed to rate a player, buy criticize certain aspects of that player's game?

What a great game of football. Really enjoyed it. Personally felt their pen was justified- Kelly-Evans all over him. Doyler never meant it!

In summary games at home against Wycombe seem to always be nerve racking!! GET IN!

Thought Wycombe were a very poor side...one dimensional and our defence stood up to the high ball well. We outplayed them first half and should have been out of sight. V impressed again by Baylis and mcnulty. Vincenti excellent till he was injured. Whole team worked hard for each other and well deserved 3pts.

I can't believe we win with willis tonight..

Nice assist by nazon saturday... .
Yeah, Nazon got his arse kicked after he was constantly not passing the ball. His teammates gave him a severe bollocking, especially in that one particular game and lo and behold, next game out he passes.

He was incredibly greedy until someone had a word in his lug hole.

Clear as day.

And you're not making any sense with Willis. I rate Willis.

I can't agree that Wycombe are a poor side, they play to their strengths and with the beast as their focal point you can see why they hurt teams at our level

Robins saw what was happening on the pitch himself.

Did all the players then come on to SBT during the game to see what I and many others were saying and then decided to have a go at Nazon?

They were all wrong to keep bollocking Nazon for not passing then I take it?

Righto!

Good entertaining game , but nearly spoilt by " the referee's inept handing of the match "

So Mr Boddy how did your Friday night experiment go with increasing the attendance ?
The ref was a Championship referee too. Usually refs in that league.
