Well that was fucking magic today wasn't it? As Grimmer was winding up for his shot, I can't have been the only one preparing to moan at him for wasting a chance on a nothing shot.
I am a pep guardiola fanboy so if we get coty i am gonna stalk shit out of himAs a long time supporter of Manchester City, today shows the magic of the cup, well played guys and its great to see another team in sky blue making all the headlines (and rightly so tonight), best of luck for the draw and the next round.
Amen RevBy the way the whisky has never tasted better tonight, Thanks to our youngsters
My understanding is that it was indeed true as Ardwick they did originally wear white(PNE colours with dark blue shorts)and there is no official record of why they changed to blueIs that true?
Have to confess I love the football Man City are playing. Like a breath of fresh air and playing football the right way.
I love that Foden of yours too. Maybe a sneaky chance of making the world cup squad this year?
LOL well I won't get into that here, but thanks for the best wishes, although an obscure fact about Manchester City they only ended up playing in light blue by accident as Ardwick they wore white shirts but the washing powder gave the shirts a blue tint and the colour stuck
Right. Didn't know that.My understanding is that it was indeed true as Ardwick they did originally wear white(PNE colours with dark blue shorts)and there is no official record of why they changed to blue
You know the funny thing was I was thinking the same thing that it would be a good outside bet he might make the WC squad, but he suffered ankle ligament damage that will keep him out for 3 months, so I would say it's a real long shot now.
Man City best team by country mile this season; playing the way every fan in the country wishes their team could play.
Would love us to play at you home or away in 4th round. The two sky blues putting on a football feast...ok today has gone to my head.

Basque in this glory? Are you a separatist?Let's just basque in this relative glory...then on Monday hope we can transfer the performance to the L2 fixture list & get an automatic promotion. That would allow more time to consolidate L1 status or even move onto the now dizzy heights of the Championship!

Yeah, would be great to play them. We haven't had an 11-0 thrashing for years.
To be fair they got Hughes out the way and then came back to us.Shit coverage on BBC. More interested in Stoke being poor and Hughes being sacked than us doing well.

don't worry. I've got s plan if we get Man City. Can't say too much but it involves Peps incredibly shiny head and laser pen.Yeah, would be great to play them. We haven't suffered an 11-0 thrashing for years.
It was worth it to see Ian Wright have no option but be nice about us. Licence fee for the year is already justified.
Kind of but not entirely.Shit coverage on BBC. More interested in Stoke being poor and Hughes being sacked than us doing well.

Hughes has had the look of Strachan about him this season and at least their board has seen sense.
That phase of pressure near the end was just like the Alamo.
Berahino is a fraud.
never, not a bloody clue why we have to pay that tax
Take their Scalp?don't worry. I've got s plan if we get Man City. Can't say too much but it involves Peps incredibly shiny head and laser pen.
It pays for fantastic programs like 'mrs browns strictly come dancing on bargain hunt'.never, not a bloody clue why we have to pay that tax

Yes and the headline was always about Stoke being beaten, in the same way the 87 cup winners got beaten by Sutton. They gave us credit but I wouldn't have expected any decent insight from Wright anyway, he's a thick twat stealing a living as a pundit.I thought the message was Coventry matched Stoke and deserved the win.
Not really the place, but because like it or not the BBC is head and shoulders ahead of anything else for educational or informative content. It’s the closest thing to an unbiased source we have and that’s a rare thing these days. I’d pay it twice over rather than see it end up like ITV or Channel 5.
Ok. £2 for each episode of each show will cover it.I watch the apprentice and question time. that's it. for that I am forced to pay over £100 a year ! I don't watch anything at all on ITV or Channel 5.(and even if I did I wouldn't have to pay for it). If the BBC is that great, they would be confident enough that people would pay for it.

£100 a year for all that is a bargain compared with Sky subscriptions at more than twice that. Not forgetting all the broadcasting infrastructure that it pays for.Its not just the TV though. I listen to the radio more than I watch TV, and the Radio,s 2, 5 and 6 are fantastic, and has to be paid for. Also, how many of us rely on the BBC website for information. Again, this stuff needs financing.
