Ccfc is stuck while sisu own the club. Moving forward the whole setup needs a cash injection year on year.sisu aren't interested.

sale in principal agreed for 10m.
How can sisu turn down an alleged offer of 7m up front when we are in a worse state than chesterfield? We have zero assets.
Surely the shareholders need to be asking Joy wtf!!!
They haven't spend that much.. maybe £35M. Largely spunked away though I'd agree. The SISU Capital shareholders are more likely to ask 'wtf' if she accepts that her failed business venture has cost them £75 million minus whatever upfront return they get from the sale.
Otherwise she would have got rid years ago...
And I reckon most of the spunk is Tim Fisher's.They haven't spend that much.. maybe £35M. Largely spunked away though I'd agree.
Or his dog's.And I reckon most of the spunk is Tim Fisher's.
Not sure he's got Hector these days, anyone seen either of them?Or his dog's.
Where does he live? I've always wanted to go round Hector's House. Not sure he's got Hector these days, anyone seen either of them?

Exactly, why would SISU sell to someone for less than a price they deem acceptable?I don't think the CCFC sale price is about the value of the assets, is it? It's about trying to recompense SISU to a level acceptable to them / their investors. That's why we are stuck between the rock and the hard place of either paying a massive severance fee or paying nothing and waiting for the court actions to be exhausted.
Seems reasonableExactly, why would SISU sell to someone for less than a price they deem acceptable?
Also when people talk of buying the club they aren't really talking about buying the company that is CCFC. You could buy that for the famed £1 but you would still owe SISU, Avro etc tens of millions. What the likes of Hoffman want is to buy the bits of the company that make up the football club (player contract, ryton, golden share etc) and leave the debt behind in Otium.
That is bold.I will make a very bold statement
If SISU keep hold of this management team and the nucleus of the current squad we will be back in the championship in 3 years.
Then they will sell up.

Stupidest analogy I've ever heardSo I have a house for sale worth £200K but I have struggled to pay bills and run or credit card debts on household luxuries I can't afford.
I have run up debts of £130K.
The buyer needs to then pay me £330K before I sell it?
It's similar to Sisu asking more for the club than it's worth because the owners have run up debts with it.Stupidest analogy I've ever heard

If you just apologise for the ridiculous analogy we can all pretend it didn't happen if you wantIt's similar to Sisu asking more for the club than it's worth because the owners have run up debts with it.
Any better ?
When Sisu apologise and leave then I will also.If you just apologise for the ridiculous analogy we can all pretend it didn't happen if you want
Agree but it is still bonkers management and financial planning. How long will it take to build the business CCFC up from league 2 after years of neglect? How long will the litigation take with no guarantee of reward?
You would think that a half decent hedge fund could take a decent lump sum, say 10 million and make it work for them more quickly than the above scenarios.
I mean SISU do know what to do regarding investments don't they?

That’s like saying wasps deal to buy the Ricoh was a £20 million deal when it was £5.7 million.
