FA Cup money (6 Viewers)

I think it’s poor money tbh. 90k to win 4 matches on the trot?

I wouldn’t bother entering next year. I’m joking but it should be more than 90k really.

Should we start hoping we lose so SISU don't get any money?

Plus when we find out who we get on Monday, we can estimate how much gate receipts we’ll get from it and put that towards a player

Well when Boddy said they were estimating that they would regularly get higher league gates then they are currently getting-there estimates this time around will probably be on gate receipts at the Ricoh(if it is) off 30,000!

Probably didn’t earn much more prize money for winning Checkatrad trophy last year.

So 212k isn’t to be sniffed at. That’s 3 decent league 2 players annual wage.

Do the club just receive the 90 grand for what we’ve achieved so far or is it the 90 plus the prize money from each of the other rounds too?

so over £200k so far
thats equivalent to around 600 extra season tickets sold

weve probably earnt the same again in ticket sales and broadcasting rights

A big draw now and could take the total over £1m

What Robins can spend is directly related to the club's turnover. What SISU contribute doesn't come into the equation, what you contribute with ticket money does.

Grrst to hsve cash coming in but i would still prefer a winnsble tie loke rochdale birminghsm or notts county rather than man u or man city day out.
For me, blues at home would be the best outcome. It's a money maker as blues would bring 5-6k and being a local derby it'll attract a big crowd AND it's a winnable game. I think from the winnable games left, Blues would generate the most excitement and cash.

And I work with a shit load of blues fans, how good to walk into work on a Monday morning after stuffing them on the Saturday.

Good call. Wouldn’t mind that at all. But to be fair I’d be happy for a home Draw.

If we're to draw a Utd, Chelski, City etc I'd rather a day out with the lads and take my 9yo lad to a prem ground. Anybody winnable at home though please!
