I feel for the fans. Except those ones that came to HR that awful day.
They have no contol over the over frivolous spending.
Short term profit at the expense of long term gain (or existence for that matter!)
That frivolous spending got them a trophy and European football-whereas it's got us bugger all. If they do go, at least they have European nights and days at Wembley as a crumb of comfort.
With the greatest of respect, I'd rather have no trophy and still be able to wear Sky Blue in whatever league we're in than have the memory of a trophy but be forced to follow another club who I couldn't have nearly as much passion for.
They have those memories and that's just great but if they carry on like they are, that's all they'll ever be.
Just like referees ain't it - there's no consistency!
If the City went bust it'd be England for me and nobody else-your point's clear enough though. Problem is, there are undoubtedly lots of teams teetering over the same situation, and the house will fall in soon you feel. SISU's actions remind me quite a bit of the current Tory government-making necessary cuts but going so far with them that they cause more harm than good. The way Pompey are run is more comparable with our transatlantic friends...
They should surely be deducted more then 10 points , considering they were in admin only 2 years ago ????

You'd seriously follow another club? I'd rather sell my children.
They've been forwarded their parachute payment early ,and last night i heard the prem are considering forwarding next seasons early as well ,they have probably mortgaged these already like West Ham have their entire 4 yrs worth ,1.how can this be fair .2.surely the prem should hold these back to make sure creditors recieve their share.

They are going to have to do what we have - sell players and slash wages - to survive i would think. It doesnt look good for then though does it
