I think Burge is improving season on season. He doesn’t kick badly every game but has admittedly been on a bad run kicking wise since the Exeter mistake. Prior to that game he has had a long run where his kicking was okay. I think he is a target for some people who ignore the good pieces of goalkeeping he is responsible for and focus on his mistakes. Two mistakes by him have cost us games this season I would say, Forest Green and Exeter.

What a bizarre way of judging players.

That Messi lad is rubbish because he's not very good in the air. Lukaku is terrible because he has a poor first touch.
Yes they all have attributes which are outstanding. Whats Burges Outstanding attributes? lol please don't go there. Guys shit . End of.

Pre requisite of any professional footballer is to have modicum of talent. Pre requisite of a footballer is to be able to kick a ball (like I said I don't expect him to manual Neuer) can I simplify it any further for you?

It only seems to be when he has the ball played back to him and he kicks it first time. If he takes a touch or from a dead ball he's not quite as bad. Made me tense up every time the ball was played back to him last night.
Maybe Arsenal will sign him at the last minute. Shit happens at all levels

I guess we’re waiting for the Stevenson deal to go through before we sign JCH. Maybe it’s more complicated with the rumours of a player coming from Wolves on loan.

It's a bit quiet about Reid. Going to be a bit shite if we can't get him out on loan / gone.

They have outstanding attributes which is why they're two of the best players in the world.

Burge has good attributes, and bad attributes. That's why he's in League Two.

You're being way too critical of him. There's no point arguing with you, you obviously have a clear irrational dislike of Burge and I don't think anyone is going to change your mind.

I'm being Harsh! yes I want the bloke to improve his kicking and his general communication with back 4! hes not a s bad as I make out yes agreed! hes knocking on 100 pro appearances for us.
Sorry Rant over. Wish we could afford better. And yes I wouldn't have minded bringing in an experienced keeper.

For Eg. Their Keeper Forde, 25 international caps. Good Decent keeper hes 38. He was simply superb against us when we played at Cambridge. MOTM when they beat us 2-1. We had about 10 plus shots on target that match!

I always prefer an experienced keeper over a young one.

It'd be lovely if Burge could at least effectively clear it without giving me a heart attack, but it really isn't a prerequisite of a goalkeeper.

David De Gea just kicked the ball straight to a spurs player resulting in them getting a corner.

Assuming he'll be playing in the conference next season after that what with a poor keepers kick being the cardinal sin of football.

Good on us! We must have had a word that a fat contract is lined up for him, with a get out clause if we are not playing League one next year hes free to leave in Summer.

As long as we've not offered him the penthouse suite at the new stadium complex in his new deal we've a chance of re-signing him

As soon as Stevenson is announced officially il be happy. We cant/wont surely no matter what 3rd or 4th offer comes in (unless hes loaned back)?

Sell Bayliss as well that would be suicide!

What happens if Derby come in with 3rd and 4th bids for Bayliss? Won't be 100% until the window is closed.

Hope not. He's become an integral part of our team. I also think it'd be best for him to stay with us, and beyond the summer if we're promoted. Work his way up.
