One thing we do look to have at yhe moment apart from confidence is great team spirit. Loved the one that said (after expletives) that academy players should have at least one season in the first team before being sold. So, that would be the season where he started off with showing promise only to seemingly then be disturbed by the Brentford interest and end up completely losing his way...followed by another half a season where he has seen two younger, better players move into the starting line up ahead of him
