Reading some of the comments on Facebook about the Stevenson sale is almost bordering on embarrassing.

Loved the one that said (after expletives) that academy players should have at least one season in the first team before being sold. So, that would be the season where he started off with showing promise only to seemingly then be disturbed by the Brentford interest and end up completely losing his way...followed by another half a season where he has seen two younger, better players move into the starting line up ahead of him

Some of the comments just anger me, clearly these idiots don’t attend and never seen him play. Our fans love to take a dig at every occasion

I don't think Maddison helps, in fairness he's had a few of his peer group move on, perhaps it's only natural. The game is fucked really, loyalty is seen as a weakness

Don't usually get involved with the facebook mouthbreathers, but they're all banging on about how Sisu are coining it in from the sale of Stevenson and how can this be a promotion push if we're selling our best players.
