From reading the BHA guy's posts, I think they were waiting on Brighton's demand before determining how many to give us as their tickets have been on sale for about a week.

I cant believe season ticket holders are moaning about only being allowed two.

Some times the club cant win

It's pretty obvious we get half the tickets the allocation will be halved?

Anything between 2 and 4 is fair. The club have done the right thing. I can’t see how anyone has any complaints, ST holder or not.

Been selling reasonably well from our point of view - only about 2K left having only opened the lower tiers initially, would expect one of the upper tiers to be opened in the next few days. Hopefully when it becomes reported down here that you have sold out (as you inevitably will) it will encourage more sales from our end. Still would like to think will get to 25K

4,529 allocated - 2 per ST

Record away attendance at the Amex is 4,449 (Arsenal)
Trains via Victoria and Lewes is an alternative.
Important: arrive at Brighton station an hour before KO or else you will not arrive in time. Big queues.
Brighton played the reserve team against a strong but slightly depleted Palace team (no Zaha) and away at Middlesbro.
Brighton is an expensive place to live but the average wage is below the national average.
Low gate against Palace compounded by pyrotechnics and violence from Palace trouble makers (not for the first time) which was uncool in a terrorist background, the reserve team being played and a train strike as well as £25 a ticket, and being Monday night on TV.
Amex voted by the fans as the most attractive away ground to visit in a recent poll, so not a bad draw as all that?
Trains not as bad as all that but because of industrial action and the incompetence of Southern Rail, can result in chaos (not just for football matches).

Opinion: I reckon if you sell out, it would be technically feasible to increase the allocation by about 600 if home demand falls below capacity. Look for late tickets?
If driving look for the official guide. Parking at Lewes and taking the train in is an alternative.

With a big away attendance it should be an occasion. The game against unfamiliar opponents is quite an attraction and different from the run of the mill Championship sides (five seasons before this). A good chance for fans that can't get tickets for normal Saturday games to go.

In a lots of respects better than the rather tired and drab journeyman Premier League sides? Journey initially daunting as the roads south of the Thames are naff. Really need four tickets to fill up a car.

For train prices type in Coventry to Falmer (not only Hayward's Heath)

Bit of a last resort and going to have to go on the coach! :emoji_disappointed:
Anyone know how much the official coaches are?
All aboard the Sisu bus!

There will be plenty to go around for this, I know of a few STH that used their allocation for MK that aren’t going to this due to the logistics and cost.

Still annoyed it didn’t make tv!

The price of the train down has put me off. There's a boxing show at Willenhall Club that day and my mate an ex boxer can get tickets for that. Might go there instead ? It'll probably be packed out with Cov fans !

Nor am I, Saturday did it for me thinking hard now whether I'll renew next season.
I understand that it was a disappointing result and unpleasant fan experience due to our idiots but I urge you to stick with it.
Supporting my club has taught to not to get too high or too low based upon a fixture and to have realistic expectations in life but I think your username suggests that isn't the case for you!!!
We need you BHSB!

Up until 5pm Saturday I was going for the weekend. Saturday has pissed me off so much that none of us are going now. I admit the cost staying over and getting down there was a consideration but the attitude from us is bollocks if they can’t be bothered to put a shift in at FGR then we can’t be bothered to go all the way to Brighton to risk a right good thumping.

I’m sick of the inconsistency its driving me up the wall.

Can't agree, the defeat at FGR was not due to lack of effort IMO. Understand the inconsistency issue though but go and get behind the team.
